The restaurant is small and beautifully decorated. The service is outstanding and the food is beyond delicious. Everything is cooked fresh to order. We both bought the full course meal for 15.99 each which includes soup of choice my husband chose the wonton soup and i chose egg flower, and then 3 appetizers a large golden fried to perfection shrimp, a crab wonton and then an eggroll, followed by the main course of your choice. My husband went with the sweet and sour pork and the sauce is amazing 10 out of 10 definitely recommend. And I chose moo goo gai pan which is very flavorful chicken, bamboo, carrots and snow peas and it was perfect. Will definitely stop here anytime I'm in Sante Fe.

Ordered the General Tso's chicken, the cheese wontons, pineapple chicken, and the tempura shrimp. I must say that this is some of the best Chinese food I've had in a long time. The chicken was absolutely amazing even after it got cold. I was pretty impressed. The owner has a tone that comes off as aggressive, but she was actually pretty friendly in person. Me and my Fiancé were very satisfied with our decision to eat from here to say the least. Our food was ready on time, fresh and delicious. I'd definitely recommend. The food that's pictured is the General Tso's chicken and the cheese wontons.

Perfect for a nice meal post-skiing in Santa Fe if you’re looking for some authentic Chinese food (in fact it was so good almost forgot to take a picture before eating)! Family-owned restaurant that is open during the holidays and they were quick to make all 6 dishes for our family of 5. We ordered a variety of meat dishes served with rice: pepper steak, shrimp with garlic sauce, cashew chicken, crispy tofu (made really well) and their beef noodle soup. Definitely recommend to anyone stopping by in Santa Fe and looking for asian food.

Wowwwww!!! What an experience we had. Friend and I went to eat at wok Chinese food. Everything was pretty cool. The young lady pretty awesome. But my food had about 3 head of chopped garlic (didn’t mention that on the menu), no one checked on us not even once. We told the lady the food had wayyyy to much garlic and I wasn’t able to eat it. My friend’s food wasn’t good, and the rice had onion when we asked for none, but we didn’t say anything about that.

Anyway, as we were paying, the cook or owner came out very aggressive and told us to say what we didn’t want in our meal before cooking it. We didn’t know it had garlic, let alone that much. The dish is called “chicken and vegetables”, that’s it. He started screaming at us for not saying we don’t want garlic, we told him how if the menu said nothing about it. He continued arguing as he walked away. Never had that happened to us before.

You are willing to lose a customer over $10? What a smart business person.

I find the food super delicious!! My employer ordered Wok for staff lunch this week, and I promptly went back for more the following day.

It seems to me that the majority of bad reviews came from entitled patrons, who failed to take into account, that the wait to be greeted and sat, have an order taken, your food be prepared and brought out increases exponentially during times of staffing shortage due to global pandemic conditions (I noted the timelines of inflammatory comments carefully).

Reacting without patience and understanding is inconsiderate, ignorant, and by no means any reflection of the product or establishment. Keep in mind also, that these services are offered to us all during a pandemic. If you have trouble comprehending and appreciating the privilege of having someone else prepare and bring you food, perhaps consider eating at home an alternative option.

I will be back for...

Thought I might try someplace new (to me) today, I happened upon the WOK. I was greeted almost immediately. Given a table next to a window. First point of positive impressions was the fact the tables were all with real linens, napkins, same on table in pyramid fold. The lunch menu had all the standard fare, not much in the way of beef plates, plenty of chicken, shrimp, vegan. Many dishes available with chili or spicy as clearly indicated on menu. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. I ordered the kung poa chicken, egg drop soup and brown rice which carried a $1.00 upcharge... was worth it. Egg roll, wontons were all included at a very reasonable price. Food came out hot and fresh. This would be a nice place to bring a date or simply as I did, lunch. All in all a definite do over! Also as a little bonus...beer and wine both domestic and...
