Worst resuraunt ever and rudest management ever. Here is why of my incident there: After we (my mom and me) were waiting for about 30 minutes after ordering one plate/meal to share which consisted of 2 eggs, bacon, hash browns, and 2 pancakes (which was on a single meal/plate item) we asked about where our meal was. The owner came to our table and we asked him where the meal was and ruff time of waiting for the meal which he said he'll check on it but I questioned of the reason why another guest/customer got their meal before us after being seated after us to which he said they've waited an hour (which was bogus cause I saw them get seated after we did and order after we ordered) which is when I stated to my mom "let's just go" and the owner said in an aggressive tone "I don't need to deal with this drama" and I replied "we don't need to deal with rude people" and he stated in a loud voice and postured in a way that I viewed as aggressive and I felt threatened "get out of my store and I don't want to ever see you ever again". We left the store and I told the owner I was going to contact corporate office of the incident. Which all the corporate office can do is say they are sorry which is just a word that is highly used just to try and fake a nice jester when actions speak louder than words in showing they care cause had it been an employee or a small manager of a store they would be fired for doing this to a guest/customer not just saying sorry didn't even offer anything than that. Expect me too say how to get my business back tell me not ask me how can you get my business back like example would you go back to that store if the management changed and he was gone and an X amount of money gift card? Read moreI've never been IHOP's biggest fan. It isn't necessarily bad; but I only go there when there isn't too much open and I am tired of everything else. But my latest trip to IHOP was more terrible than usual. At 2 in the morning, I eventually decided to take a menu and seat myself, after seeing no staff in sight for 5 minutes. Keep in mind, this is 2 in the morning, so although they may have only one or two people working, I was one of three customers. So after sitting down and taking a table, I get the waiter pretty quickly, but this was probably the only redeeming feature. After ordering a drink, it was probably 20 minutes before he returned to take my order. Once my order was placed, maybe it was another 20 minutes before my incredibly-below average food arrived, and I watched 2 patrons walk into the kitchen barefoot. I'm assuming they new someone in the kitchen, but it honestly disgusted me and I suddenly wished I hadn't eaten there. I left without finishing, and honestly felt cheated when I had to pay $16 for that meal. Read moreI like IHOP cuz they're 24 hours and when I get out of work at 9 and I'm supposed to take my daughter for a daddy-daughter dinner date the only place in Santa Fe that's really open you can take a 12 year old is IHOP because I refuse to go to Denny's I haven't gone to a Denny's in over 10 years but enough about how bad Danny is let's talk about how good IHOP is I love pancakes my daughter loves pancakes I get the caramel chocolate pancakes she gets the birthday cake pancakes usually will go for lunch and we get the burgers and onion rings I get the loaded deluxe burger she gets just a plain cheeseburger but we both get onion rings the place is located on the side of Cerrillos right of the stoplight I believe on the same road that goes to Home Depot there's also a secondary entrance exit just down from the light on the same side of the road you park on the side of the building and then have to walk around to the street side of the building to get into the entrance the staff is fairly nice sometimes it can take a little longer than desired for any orders to come out or staff to come back so then you can ask for something else but all in all I like the experience and so...
