Sleep Number — Hotel in Santa Fe

I think I might have liked this bed, not sure. There was one other couple in the store lying on a bed when I went in. I expected they would be first in line, but the sales person did not even say "hello, I will be with you in a minute" or invite me to try out the beds while I stood there -- she just waited while the others relaxed on the bed. There are no prices posted, so you can't really self-shop. After 10 minutes, I left. I am still not sure I wouldn't have liked this bed more than the $5000 Tempurpedic I wound up getting across the street, but it does hurt to be TOTALLY ignored, suggests the rest of the service component...

Gerry helped my husband and me. He and all the other staff at the store are VERY friendly and helpful. Gerry showed us how the adjustability of the bed's firmness worked and we could see where our sleep pressure points were on a screen above the first demo bed we lay on. The personnel at Sleep Number were knowledgeable & helpful without giving the sense at any time that they were trying to push a sale. We’ve been considering Sleep Number for 3 years, on and off, but they never discounted us for not following through at those times.
