Do not ever eat here! I ordered thru Doordash and what came was completely different than what I ordered.
I ordered; 2 biscuits, 6 kentucky fried wings, 1 tenders share meal, 1 popcorn nuggets combo, 1 crispy colonel chicken sandwich, and a side of buttermilk ranch.
What I got was; 4 dried up biscuits, 12 old dried out wings, 1 cold popcorn nuggets combo, 4 cold whole pieces of chicken, and a cold side of mac and cheese.
Not only was the order completely wrong but the food was also cold and dried up. The biscuits were hard as a rock and the chicken was overly darkened brown (indicates old frying oil). I was in disbelief about how wrong the order was and how awful the food came. I literally threw the entire order away for fear of possibly getting food poisoning. I refused to feed my family that awful food.
I used to work at a Smith's deli frying chicken for over a year. I could tell that the way the chicken looked that the oil had not been changed in days.
One could lay blame on the delivery person for not checking the order but the bag was tied shut because we are in COVID and the dasher left before I could bring the order to his attention. KFC is entirely responsible for the inept and irresponsible order. The owners and managers should be more worried about food poisoning than COVID at this point in time.
I hope the franchise owner sees this review and takes corrective action to remove and replace the irresponsible workers that are putting their business in jeopardy. My order was placed at 9:10pm on October 14, 2020. I tried calling the store at about 9:38pm and nobody answered for 20 minutes straight.
The food I received was appalling, disgusting, and outright disrespectful! I am considering filing a complaint to the State of New Mexico...

Horrible service from the moment we got to the drive thru, weren't asked what type of drink we wanted with our 1st item Big Box that comes with a drink. We were told the only chicken they had was wings and drumsticks, so instead of 3 decent sized pieces of chicken the big box had 2 old rubbery drumsticks and 1 old wing, no biscuit. We definitely did not get $13 worth of a meal for the Big Box and had to pay $2.99 extra to make up for the chicken we should have gotten. The 2nd item was a 2pc combo, 1 piece of chicken was so old I couldn't eat it because it was rubbery, and that was also missing a biscuit. The young lady was rude and shut the window the second she handed us our bag, we got her attention and asked for sauces (butter, honey, and hot sauce) she left the window, went to the back or out of shit at least, came back a couple minutes later and grabbed the sauce that were right there at the window, handed them to us and shut the window. They couldn't even package the orders correctly and we had to separate our own meals between the 2 boxes. It's the only one in town and we went out of our way to go there specifically for our dinner. Worst experience and we won't do that again until management deals with their employees and they learn about good...
Read moreHave you noticed that more and more of the chicken you buy nowadays is cartilaginous, chewy and stiff? I showed up near opening and had chicken tenders made fresh. The combo was $13.29 plus tax and unfortunately the tenders were inedible due to this growing "woody breast" epidemic that KFC is not immune to. You may get fourteen dollars worth of a meal when you come, who knows - but I got good fries, OK macaroni, and some sauce packets for the sauce drawer in the kitchen for the high price.
I also got some of their new chicken nuggers, but they were only room temperature when I got them. They were stiff and chewy, but I don't think that's "woody breast," I think that's just that they were made the night before and sat out too long.
I visit KFC once per year at most, but now after throwing a series of freshly made tenders into the trash after attempting to bite into them, it's just too...
