Rent-A-Center — Local services in Santa Fe

I will never ever ever get anything from this store!! My experience with this store was always good the staff (Chris) as always been nice and clear .. okay got my stuff works great !! But the calls at 8 am on Saturday really kill me .. am not a lazy person I work hard all week and have kids so I love staying in bed a lil later. After a couple of times I did ask if they would please call me later .. didn't happend .. one time they call me for my payment the guy maide me feel uncomfortable asking my age and weird .. and one time I was past my payment 3-4 days the guy treated me saying they will come get the stuff to the store wich is not possible becouse the contract says it takes 30 days for them to go get the staff. I did told the manager he apologized. Any ways time went by .. my 90 days past .. and I keep the payments wich i ended paying 1000 some dollars for a 42 in Tv .. so when I talk to my last payment clearly said to me I was Done !! Over .. paid off .. and then they call me 2 weeks in a Saturday morning .. asking for the payment !! Like !!! I was very upset and then they said I still had 40$ some dollars to paid off .. this store seems to be very unorganized and not very professional stuff. Will never ever ever get anything from here....

I think it was a company that represents respect for its customers, but I was wrong. Chis has acted very rude to me on 2 occasions for paying late. He has comments about why I am a liar when I say that I will go to pay and if I have made late payments because I work every day and it was because I had to pay cash. He doesn't have to tell my kids to tell me I'm a liar. He has to act professional and not involve a minor. He must not act rude to a woman and children. I can say that I will never buy anything again until they do something with the way of acting of that cowardly man who argues with women. The manager does nothing to apologize but I think he likes that his employee acts like a woman with women. Recommendation of the day! Women do not go alone to that place to make payments because they treat them the worst. And even having cameras they deny acting rude. I have never trusted that ugly and disastrous guy to say that he was joking with me by making such rude comments. Respect women that you were...

Chris, Marissa, and Emily, are an awesome outgoing team! They were courteous respectful, and genuine! I was going back and forth and they were patient! One of the times I went I over heard the Store Leader’s boss chewing him out on something but to be fair he was the only one in store and handled everything in a professional and patient manner!
