Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Santa Fe

I would give zero stars if possible. I left without buying anything and will not go back. So they make the pizza there, right???? The woman claimed there were only the $8 pizzas and that she was not able to make any other pizzas. Even though there were ZERO customers in the store or the drive through. Then she had the nerve to forget her mic was still on and told her co-worker that she just didn't want to make it. And LAUGHED AT ME!!????! GO ON LITTLE Caesar's. YOU'RE NOT THE ONLY PIZZA GAME IN TOWN!!! MY BUSINESS WILL NEVER BE COMING TO YOU AGAIN. THANK THE WOMAN AT THE CERILLOS STORE WORKING ON MONDAY OCTOBER, 7 2024 AT 6:01 PM. When is a little Caesar completely empty at 6 PM? When they have had horrid service for an extended period of time. No one in town wants to patronize you!!! I sure am spreading the news. Has this restaurant become a money laundering outfit? Lol. No, seriously. I can't think of any other reason to be so committed to hating your customers and driving away any business. Other than pretending you're selling pizza. After reading all of the other posts sharing the same and worse experiences; with zero response from management, or corporate!!!??? I made a complaint at the BBB. Maybe corporate will investigate and we can have a decent L.C.P. in S.F. again soon. But for now.....Go one Little Caesar's of Santa Fe. I went in on 12/14/2024 at exactly 3:31 pm. I went into the Santa Fe store. Yonathon was my cashier, a very sweet young man. Although his name was on the receipt he is not the reason for the terrible service. A young woman with glasses came to finish the transaction she was very rude. I tried to pay with a $10 gift card. She was making me swipe it where I swipe the credit card. It said card read failure. She looks at me and says you have no money on your gift card? I paid debit. Walked outside and called customer service. There was $10 on my gift card. When I walked back inside to ask her to reverse the transaction to allow me to pay half gift card and half debit. The woman wouldn’t even come back to the counter to talk discuss fixing the problem. She didn’t have enough respect to even look at me. I understand they are underpaid and over worked. That isn’t my fault. I went in with the intent on using my $10 gift card and paying half with my debit card. It is just unfortunate I will never get this woman’s name and yonathon will probably get chewed out by his boss for this review. For those who will see this review at little Cesar’s she was probably the manager or a supervisor. She was in her 30’s medium length hair with glasses. I am a frequent visitor but not exactly by choice. However, every “single visit” the drive through line which usually doesn’t have very many cars, “always” takes longer than it should just to get to the order booth. Then, to make matters even more frustrating, they never have anything made or ready which is pretty ridiculous considering that they sell “Hot n Ready” pizzas “to go”. Breadsticks, which are usually requested by most, are also something that’s never ready, which explains why the drive through line takes sooo long. The kicker to every visit, and aside from being frustrated with these issues is when finally reaching the window to pay, the service is extremely rude and unprofessional. I understand that many of the employees are younger, but they should always be trained on “Customer Service Skills “ and management should always be watching and or guiding their staff, but also making sure in knowing that this is a very busy establishment and making sure that they are properly stocked with commonly requested pizza and breadsticks cooked and prepared to go!!?? People enjoy having the convenience of stopping for “prepared food/pizza after a hard day at work and having these consistent issues, once to twice per week is quite ridiculous.... I may have to convince my nephews to try “Pizza Hut” or “Domino’s Pizza”......
