McDonald's — Restaurant in Santa Fe

I had an episode when i got refused water in an emergancy and they never offered medical attention. Another visit i was forced to take my own order after i asked for assistance was refused help and employee walked out cursing at co workers .Manager had no control over situation.She never rang me up due to the confusion .People started requesting free items .I was given a number to call never got answered .I left detailed message about my visit . They always say come back in the am.But how is someone to come back every day to get run around leading knowere. I always get upset when eating food .This place is serving food with no love.Not fast st all waited over 30 , minutes for food to remidy my sugar levels and never wad told i can get a drink to assist my blood sugar.Only got threatend by employee from the back she cursed at me and said she will call cops i said call them and at the same time call me an ambulance .She did nothing but stoped a younger kind employee that tried to bring something to me to nible on to assist me.Young man smashes the door open an employee who ran off his station saying it was a bad work environment .I've had trust issues coming back due to PTSD and I'm reluctant to ever go back.Still they never refunded my two apple pies that i never received .I got receipt for .But the free meal that was messed up made up for it i suppose .But i really wanted apple pie.What ever happend to customers first.People walked in from Drive threw cumplían about orders.I'm guessing some people went home only to get...

First of all, 1 Star is TOO Generous. I wish I could give negative stars. Honestly, the worst experience I’ve EVER had at a McDonalds. It may seem like an exaggerated use of words, but I mean it from the bottom of my heart. (Seriously, and literally).We went for a late night snack, feeling invited and excited by the lit McDonalds sign. However, the elder woman who helped, well actually I mean DIDN’T help (AT ALL), us at the speaker ruined that mood. After asking for a moment to decide what we wanted to order, we repeatedly said we were ready, politely, despite our patience wearing thin. After waiting for around 7 minutes we decided to drive up to the window, assuming that it may have been a headset malfunction. But the woman at the window was disgustingly rude. She said she could take our order because we ordering at the speaker was the only option. We informed her that we had been waiting for her to respond, then she snapped, “Don’t you see I’m the only one working? Taking orders, making them, and working the register, I’m busy”. No offense, but there was only one other car there, it seemed pretty manageable. Even if she was having a hard time all she could have done was say, “sorry, please give me a minute” and she didn’t have to be terribly rude. Waited for a rather long time to place my order. I ordered an egg and cheese biscuit. Went to eat my meal to discover they’d given me a sausage sandwich. Got back in line, waited another long period, asked them to try again. They had me pull up and wait. I waited almost ten minutes. Woman came out handed me the bag and took off. I looked inside to find the same wrong sandwich they’d given me the first time, looking much worse for wear. I tried to go inside to get help. Doors locked. I waited in the line a third time. I was a little upset at this point. Got to the window, the woman there tried to argue with me that they’d given me the egg and cheese biscuit I’d ordered. I put the sausage sandwich on the window sill and told them to look at it. I asked for the manager. When I asked her to give me the sandwich I ordered and hadn’t gotten in three tries and almost twenty minutes of effort, she gave me my money back and told me she wasn’t going to fix this because “I had thrown my food at them”! I had done no such thing! She was clearly ready with a false accusation and an excuse. I was a regular here, but never again. This manager can’t run her shop and is aggressively nasty to the customers when SHE screws up. This is not the standard I expect from this company.
