At about 6pm on Friday, March 7th I went to Schlotzsky’s in Santa Fe. I have eaten here 3 times previously and it was a delicious meal. Tonight I found a long hair in my small deluxe sandwich. It was so bundled up and thoroughly inside the sandwich that it seemed almost as if placed there. I told myself that was a ridiculous thought, and that it is entirely possible for a stray hair to land in a meal. I knew it wasn’t mine due to how embedded in the sandwich, the length of it and how tangled up it was. It was so tangled it didn’t appear to have fallen in off of a persons scalp. I have a really tough stomach and so I looked over my sandwich, and satisfied that it was ok, I finished my meal. Though, I’ll admit, I struggled a bit with, but I’d paid $22 for my meal and a Cinnabon , and I was starving as I had not eaten since 8am. I had gotten a Cinnabon roll for dessert. I cut into the roll as I brought the piece to my mouth I saw a piece of plastic in the icing. I thought at first it was the straw wrapper. I looked closer and saw it was a piece of plastic wrap. At that instant the hair seemed less innocent. Had a child eaten that roll they could have choked. I bought a sandwich from this same location two weeks ago that I DID take to my daughter and grandson. This is unacceptable, it is abject carelessness, and it is dangerous. I wanted to warn others, and I will be reaching out to the owners.

I used to love Schlotzsky’s, so when I moved here I was super excited to know there was one here. Not very impressed about waiting 10 minutes to ask for a box, no one came to the front even after opening the door several times to set off the bell. When I told the guy when he finally came out he said he was at the drive thru. I was watching the drive thru and no one was there and there were two customers in the entire place including myself. Empty restaurant no but somehow no time to clean up at 5pm on a Saturday? No wonder there’s no one here.

Haven't been a Schlotzsky's in a long time, food is always really good here they have a Albuquerque turkey sandwich that has turkey and green chili it's really good. They also have a green chile bread that's really good. The only bread they have at this store for the large sandwich is sourdough. Schlotzsky's is a little bit on the expensive side and I think that's why I don't go there a lot but it is really good.

It was horrible! I waited 20 minutes at least spent 40$ to drive to my hotel and realize they forgot my daughter's food my 15$ sandwich must had been sitting there the whole time we waited because the bottom was so soggy it was mush...my wife's caprese sandwich was a mayo lettuce sandwich with 2 half slices of tomato and a ton of mayo, like honestly who eats that much mayo on anything! We also got a brisket sandwich and the bread was so burnt, old or whatever that when u bite into it it turned to dust and u ended up doing a weird version of the cinnamon challenge. This place was a total waste of time and money and don't even want them to remake my food because I have PTSD from taking a bite of a mayo sandwich with lettuce garnish, my bread dust challenge and my mushy bread. O yeah did I mention I'm here on business and didn't get a receipt to expense my 40$ purchase that's in the trash. Hopefully I get a refund or this review stays up! If your reading this....GO OUT TO EAT BY 8! EVERYTHING CLOSES AT 9 ! On...

This place should close and reopen a new place and new staff!

Went to pick a sandwich for my sister and boy talk about rude people!!! I drove up 20mins before closing, female employee came out and asked what we wanted just so.. Rudely no manners! She stated they had already closed and we had to go thru window! Now the drive thru is just terrible.. The menu with poor lightening is unreadable not updated! The only friendly person was a young man who was at the window! Now those we visited in Albuquerque and Bernallio are so..much friendlier and there establishment is 2tumbs up! Santa fe Schlotzskys news a new look and staff, Keep the young guy at window he's got manners and so..nice! Food is awesome but...
