The chef is an artist who has gone above and beyond presenting the best ingredients at a decent price. For my quesadilla, i was blessed with hand made tortillas, queso fundido, carnitas and tripe mixed in. The jalapeño tornado is not for the faint of heart. Chunky green salsa and light red salsa were perfect blend with my quesadilla. I had to go back and get three tacos with each of the meats they offer. Carnitas melted in my mouth, crunchy tripe, and tender steak bits each on its own little bundle of tortilla goodness with cabbage bonus were an inspiration. Anyone at the motel 6 or neighbors in the community can definitely enjoy a night with family and come back to life with Sonora Kitchen's gourmet style Mexican cuisine. We came here on Saturday 07/27 around 10pm, ordered one Nachos with asada & tripa, and three burritos for 4 people. It came out to be $66, they took cash only, no receipt. The counter lady said it would take 15-20 minutes, we didn’t get our foods until 45 minutes later, she said it took longer because of the tripa, that was not informed to us when we ordered.
