It's nice that this place is open during this weird time. The staff have been very friendly, helpful and patiencent with us while we decided on the flavor. We've been going now for weeks on end and the service is quick as always.

The prices have gone up a bit from when I was a child, however the product is worth it. Our family has enjoyed the multiple flavors with the exception of some of the fat-free flavors. The shakes are rich, creamy and delicious. The scoops are generous and we suggest you get a waffle cone or a cup with the waffle crisp.

Please continue to support this store, they have new employees and during this pandemic, all of our patronage to local businesses will keep this city alive.

Update 02.26.2023 This place continues to be a source of joy for my family. It really means a lot that the staff is helpful, friendly, and kind. For some reason this location has continued to hire friendly staff, and friendliness will go a long way against a small scoop, a bad tasting ice cream, or a high price.

If a scoop or three of ice cream brings you a little bit of joy make sure you pay that back to the staff in kindness...

Usually have ok experiences at this location, somewhat friendly and acknowledged within a few mins. But today’s visit was awful. Waited for 10 mins at the register with not one of the 3 employees acknowledging me. Ive worked customer service and knew to be patient because they had 2 customers ahead of me and 1 employee was working on a cake in the back. But the 2 front employees finished with the 2 customers, and still not greeting or acknowledging me while still standing in-front of the register, they then asked the person who had just come in for their order!

That’s when I had to say that I’ve been waiting for 10 mins at the register with no one helping me. Cake employee from the back jumped in and said she made eye contact, to which I said “but you still didn’t help me.” She rolled her eyes at me and went back to the back to finish the cake. Front employees half-heartedly apologized but this is just not the way to treat people. Last time I’m going to this place until they learn to treat all customers with the same respect they afforded the people they decided were worth their...

This is one of our favorite B&R. I was bummed because they had removed all the indoor seating for some time, but it is back, so you can sit and enjoy your ice cream with friends if you want.

This one has great parking in their lot, sort of a strip mall. It is right on Pico Blvd. and easy to find.

The service is so wonderful. We are always happy. The employees are super.

The ice cream is great. They have many flavors, 31 I think, and they now have vegan options. We also love their shakes and floats.

They have ice cream cakes right there or you can order a special cake in advance.
