And these two are just standing there like furniture and they do nothing. They do not try to help customers at all, unlike the Capital One cafe in Hollywood, there is a guy there, unfortunately I don’t know his name, an African American, a friendly, cool guy, and a girl named Mariam, very nice and courteous, she dealt with my case for at least 40 minutes, helping me! They helped me there without any unnecessary words!! It was just that it was too far for me to go there and I didn’t have time before closing. I decided to come here, Capital One Santa Monica, so that they could unblock my card. They didn’t even try to help me. They said that it was supposedly useless! And I asked them to call the office, but it was useless - they just don’t want to work! And before that, today I was in another office in Hollywood, they helped me there - Mariam told me to just top up my account and come back to her, but I had to go too far. I didn’t have time before closing, so I decided to go to this office. An absolutely shameless guy named Alex and a girl Alina showed no interest in my problem! They said that it was impossible and they wouldn't call anywhere and help me! When I started taking pictures of them a little more, he wanted to pounce on me, a man twice his age! He said after me, go away! Alina tried to cover her badge so that I wouldn't take a picture! I don't understand why people like that have jobs! Let everyone know how they help people in this office and the management needs to check these two for professional...

There is a full-featured Peet's Coffee shop, 50% off for Capital One customers. I happened to stop in during one of their random happy hours, showed my CapitalOne credit card, and got a free Peet's cappuccino.
To top it off, Capital One offers bank account features that, while perhaps not as valuable as online-only banks, are at least not insulting to the customer: Interest rates within 20% of top online-only banks, ATM fee reimbursement, a decent web...
Read moreIf you're disabled and need regular seating and need to plug in your laptop you can not do it here. They won't let you. I was harassed by an employee for moving a chair. When I asked for a supervisor they refused to get me one and instead gave me a number to an automated system which would not help me with my predicament. I just wanted to enjoy a light meal and get some work done but was not allowed bc I was harassed about moving a seat one space over because of my disability. Will be making a formal complaint to the ADA. Ended up having to sit on a chair that cut off my circulation and left my back in severe pain. Not accommodating at all. I also ordered a breakfast club sandwich and it wast even a real club sandwich. It was a normal sandwich. So false advertising is a thing...
