CHECK YOUR CHANGE! Bought some sweets from here and was short changed by $5. Noticed this as I walked no more than 2 metres away from the cash desk. Went back to show cashier and it became a 3 person job and assertive behaviour from my partner to get said $5 back. Manager counted til quickly in front of 6 customers, which he stated was down but by less than a dollar (so already discrepancies) and after speaking to his manager on the phone, stated they will "take a hit" and give us our $5 back. We asked for the cctv footage to be viewed and left email for an apology, no response. The customer service was shocking! I would imagine this is not the first time customers are short changed but possibly fail to check due to excitement of bag full of sweets! Terrible accusatory tone from staff who feel that you would steal. Think they need to look closer to home for any unprofessional practice! Will not be frequenting this chain again and would advise customers to give exact money or thoroughly...

I had horrible customer service. I walked in with my friend and we both already were chewing gum so I don't know if they saw us and thought we were delinquents or something because we were in costume but what the first cashier said was really rude. We looked around for a little bit and I went to get a gummy snake. It's understandable that she said, "Don't touch that with your hands." Even though it was a little rude to phrase it so bluntly. But then she also immediately said that, " You have to pay for stuff in here." That made us pause. Did she seriously just accuse us of wanting to steal? She did. And it really rubbed us the wrong way.

The other sales person was much nicer. She came over and apologized and helped me pick the container I wanted. Then she rang us up. I'm a bit ashamed to admit that I wasn't my usual polite self but I was really miffed.

Not ever gonna go back to this particular...

the workers (2girls), especially the blk fat girl was so ghetto when she yells at the customers "don't touch the candies!" this girl said so loud so that customer will feel like a thief and somewhat disgusting. then she yelled from across the floor " it can contaminate!" followed by "You should ask!" then she said "We don't give out free candies, it's like you are stealing them!" just in few seconds, these girls made their customer a thief instead. they stare at all the people thinking they're there to steal candies. so they're there to make you feel like you need to get out. I think they must realize it's a candy store, it's suppose to be jolly and fun! not moody and uncomfortable. so I bought none of it. none!! I think they were happy. really. well they could have all of them to themselves!!! hahahahaha don't make any sells....
