The server named Jose ruined our whole experience. We went there for my sisters birthday. I ordered the nachos and an appetizer and asked for jalapeños, sour cream, and avocado sauce on the side. Jose had absolutely zero positive attitude the whole time. Jose told me we could only choose one of the three on the side. We choose the sour cream. We found out that the nachos was ordered with the jalapeños on it so we asked for it off but Jose said the order was already in. This was like (1 minute after the primal ordering). We told Jose to tell the kitchen and he later confirmed and of course the nachos came with jalapeños. When they came I told him we didn’t want them, and he very coldly looked at us and said it’s because of the way we ordered it!!!! If you confirm you told the kitchen no nachos then keep your order and get us fresh nachos with no jalapeños. This was on Memorial Day 2024 and they had a $5 margarita special. The sign didn’t specify anything particular type just said margarita. Most of us ordered margaritas and later we found out we were charged $14.5 for each. Apparently the special ones were smaller and because we didn’t ask for the price reduction we had to pay full price. What sort of horrible server lets this happen to their party. This isn’t McDonald’s either it’s a nicer restaurant. This guy also forgot like half of our requests. The food was colder and didn’t feel as fresh as the first time we went. The environment is nice and the food is decent but the servers need or at least Jose needs to be trained on how to better serve...

It's a shame to give pobre star. Yesterday was my first and maybe my last. Last night host was horrible. We went with no reservation. When we got there, the was a line has they took the group in front of us. The hostess ignore us and we waited and had we were to greet her. For her to acknowledge us another group came along and didn't even bother to wait and said they have reservations and she replied under what name and took them in. Here where she upset me we did a line and her excuse was they had reservation. I was a hostess the right thing to was to acknowledge us and put down for a table and then take the people that had reservation it's the right thing to do. I told her we were here first and it only takes a minute to write us down. Her excuse was the same no apology. After she got our information we waited an hour which is understandable. After they called us we waited another 15 minutes and they called us again she ignore us and let 2 people in that didn't wait an hour like us or the people that were there and called us again and said it would be another 10 minutes after that we went to the steak house in front. Shame I didn't get her name. Need to change your hostess she is horrible what is sad this place came highly recommended. I understand reservations but I also know when people do lines is to get help. It's done in other restaurants with or without reservations lines are there to help out making sure it doesn't get crowded or out of control. I know there were two hostess but it wasn't the one the big diamond necklace...

This Restaurant is so overrated!!! I will list of mistakes there making here... They need to step up there game before they fail... Manger is very angry at the word! Yells at guest and employees for my whole time I was there. Who does he think he is? Calm down its not serious. Not professional at all a matter of time of a lawsuit coming that way. They don't offer tap water (against la County health dept rules) so you have to buy a $5 bottle water! Really scanless Service is horrible only about taking your money? no customer service, ask for extra sauce you will be ignored. They take your plate before your finished like there low on plates and to reuse yours before another order. I got asked to pick up my plate 3 times. Hold on let me finshmy food that I'm pay $30 for. Food is so over rated not that good and don't order sushi from here it's a joke. Seating situation is ridiculous UnConforatble charis and dirty peeled sticker tables. Most of the tables are on the side walk. Guest being harrased by pedestrian and transits. Smh But they are charging premium prices $25-$45 per dish for mexican food. Not worth it
