They closed there old place and they moved 3 minutes away and when we got there it took 10 minutes to be seated but we didn’t know and no one said anything. We used to go every week on the weekends to their old place but now we are not going anymore.Eventually when we were seated we were seated by a bus boy and he smelled like alcohol, what I think is that if u guys are going to open in a bigger place u should hire more people. We were just sitting there waiting for a waiter to take our order n no one came at all. We were there for 25 mins. They took a lot of good food off the menu . The only positive is the food is of a decent quality but everything else is bad.
The seating area is very small and cramped in. The tables are also very dirty. I don’t think anyone cleans this place during business hours.
The food is extremely overpriced.
The worst moment is I waited over half an hour for my food to come out. When it still hadn’t, I walked over to the grill area and pointed to what I presumed was my plate then asked if that was it. After showing the cook my number he wouldn’t let me take it. Instead he walked it over to the cashier who had to walk it over to my table. Which wasted another minute or two.

Things like a toasted bagel and coffee took 30 mins, I ordered a lox plate - got the lox almost immediately but had to ask several times for the bagel, as if they didn’t realize I was missing it. We ordered two single pancakes, they came out on one plate. I totally understand getting behind on orders during a busy time. But the fact that everything came out out of order and the onus was on us to keep chasing the staff for missing items was kind of ridiculous.
