Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Santa Monica

The only reason why the atmosphere got a meh rating is because it's not a fancy restaurant and nobody expects that from pizza hut. But let me tell you about this location. I ordered a pizza dual box, but ended up in traffic. The manager realized that I had not been there and called me to let me know my pizza is ready. I told her that I'm in traffic and may not be there for a bit. She said she will remake the order so that it will be fresh when I arrive. I couldn't believe the customer service, I love this place and will only order from here when I'm in Santa Monica. Whoever worked the night crew on Oct 24, 2024 had extremely poor service, especially the female cashier! I ordered the 5 topping 2 Large pizza with the new roasted peppers, and banana peppers. O1riginally when given the pizza was given to me there we're barely any on there, so I asked to get more. After speaking rudely from the beginning told me it was extra, I told her no problem, she gave me a completely frozen container of roasted peppers. I didn't realize it until I got home from 15 mins walking there and back. My order was over $60 for 2 large pizzas supposedly 5 toppings and 2 sides. You guys need way better customer service...

This is the worst experience I ever had. Ordered in advance because I want the pizza at 11pm. Called the branch multiple times and they said it is onits way. Spoke to barbara and she said they dint have driver and a dasher took it. Waited til 1150 pm whenit got delivered cold pizza. Barabara was even insisting it is out of their control that they dont have a driver. They even suggested me to call doordash and check with them. That is a hell of a hassle for me.
