Cooperage Brewing Downtown — Restaurant in Santa Rosa

The servers/bartenders here are AMAZING. CJ is the best. We come every Monday night for trivia, and grab a few beers and hang out. It’s a really neat location and has open beams and interesting features within the building. I am not a beer drinker usually, but I love their Crispy Crusher and that’s what I usually order nowadays. Sometimes I get a hard seltzer and those are always fun, I like to try the new flavors. It is also awesome that they always have a new food truck, we only go on Monday so we have only tried Galvans…. Wow, unexpected Santa Rosa experience. I shouldn’t have been surprised because Cooperage always comes through with good taste and good times, but this spot was above average for dtsr. This is the spot. Great beer, as always with Cooperage but the location is amazing. Pool table, darts, arcades. The space is really nice, very open and airy.
