Well this is the first time I had to do drive through at KFC Cleveland, Santa Rosa. I ordered 2 x 3pcs Crispy Chicken meal plus an extra fries. The meal included drinks so I chose 2 x Large lemonade. I believe the guy taking my order, did not hear me right. So when I came to the payment and pickup window, he asked me about an extra drink. So I kindly told him, the meals comes with drinks so I only ordered for extra fries but not the drink. The guy who was serving me was okay, so he went to get her supervisor to refund the money for the extra drink he charged me. However the Supervisor was so so unprofessional that she started blurting out, or this is what they do. She turned to me and said, you know to stop wasting your time and my time you need to tell us the right thing. Then she continued, you have done this so many times. Omg 😱😱 I was so surprised as this is the first time I have ever come for a drivethru at Cleveland KFC and to be told I have done this so many times was shocking. Despite me telling her that this was the first time I was there, she was so adamant telling me. No No it's you it's you, you have been here and have done this so many times. If any of the KFC management is reading this review, I really need to share this because I was so so very mad 😡 the way I was treated by this staff of yours. Lady if you were that staff/ supervisor who falsely accuse me this afternoon. Just letting you know Im not wasting your time, I'm actually doing you a favor by ordering food from there. Read moreI’ve been here twice in the last couple weeks and each visit was just not pleasant.
First of all I don’t even eat this food, I was here buying something to eat for a local family I help out and they have been requesting this.
1st visit I drove up and they said the system is down and they can not sell me any food :|
2nd visit they only had original chicken available, which the family I help out requested crispy. They asked me to park and wait an additional 15min in the parking lot, when from the outside it appeared to be empty at 1pm.
I still ordered the food so the family can get their KFC fix but I definitely will not be coming back here again. $42 for KFC is wild!! I could have eaten at a nice sit down restaurant for that price.
They only thing I will give them and say is the cashier was a young man and he was very nice and pleasant, this was on my second visit and he was working both windows. At least he gave good customer service.

Read moreI was asked to leave the drive thru and park in the parking lot. I had to make a left in a busy street to go back to the parking lot.
Another worker came out and tried to had me a 10 piece bucket of chicken. I explained I ordered a three piece combo. A moment later he hands me my food without the drink. The worker went back in and got me my drink.
Driver thru worker needs more training. Worker 2 who brought my food out was polite and was amazed drive thru worker did not give me my drink.
Bad experience. But this goes back to management and training employees customer service. Everything is expensive now and fast food is too. It’s not to much to ask for a properly trained staff to have the basics down….like not asking a customer to make a left in busy traffic because you were not prepared.
KFC pay and train your employees better instead of paying for corporate trips!!! Take care of your employees and they will take...
