Mountain Mike's Pizza — Restaurant in Santa Rosa

Went for the buffet on August 1st. The price of $13.99 + tax is a very fair price point.

I took a friend with me and had luke warm pizza as we were the first people for the lunch rush. Unfortunately we both ended up with stomach issues.

When I go back again it will be a little later in the lunch rush so that the pizza will be warmer. What we ate had already been under the heat lamps unfortunately as that can become an issue with food.

The atmosphere was okay they had country music playing from the radio of which I'm not a fan of. If you are then it is in your area of enjoyment. We did have the staff come to our table and talk with us. I appreciate it when the staff is attentive to my needs as well those who are with me. Used to go to the original Mountain Mike's before it burned down. The buffet was always good with a large selection of pizza and desserts.

After a five-year hiatus we decided to eat here today. Understandably, the price of the buffet has risen to $13.99 with no drink. In Cloverdale it's $10.99 with free soft drink.

The pizza selection was smaller (4 types of pizza plus garlic sticks) and, to our surprise, there was no desert pizza. We were told they would have it but when we inquired again we were told they ran out of "something." It was difficult to understand the cook.

I normally do not leave negative or bad reviews (and you can look at all my reviews) but this location and their pizza service is horrible. I bought a pizza to go and one hour and 20 minutes later I walked away without a pizza. I was very patient as I alway am… but they lost my order in their process. The young lady walked past me many times and did not even attempt to check up on me. I am not from California and was looking for a good pizza place sad part is I will never set foot in Mountain Mike Pizza. You are better off going to #littlecesars and buying a pizza for a third of the price and getting it in 15 minutes with exceptional...
