Good place to buy donuts if you aren't going to stay and eat inside, or if you don't mind a grumpy attendant, but tobe honest there are better places to buy donuts on Santa Rosa. I went last week to buy some donuts and because I had some free time I eat them right there with hot cocoa in the company of my friend, but almost when we were about to go the old lady on the register started shouting to us and kicked us out because we didn't know how to play the Power Ball, I belive it was, and I agree we stayed pass twenty minutes, but she shout, in front of a family, that we had been in the store for three to four hours and when I corrected her she said, "No, you have been here for three hours" I suppoused they know their donuts aren't bad and that's why she can afford to lose customers, but if the employee or owner is bad at customer service they will lost...
Read moreSam's is a Santa Rosa donut institution. They are the quintessential mom-and-pop donut shop with the classic variety of homemade donuts. They've been around forever. As a newcomer to the area it was great to find them when we're in the mood for that Saturday morning donut fix. Their prices are extremely reasonable at $12 for a dozen donuts. There's also a small convenience fee if you pay with plastic. But again for 12 donuts it's just hard to beat their price. They also have a small convenience store inside where you can pick up a number of other items but I've never actually wandered that part of the store. They're also in a fantastic location that's easy to get in and out of and the parking lot is never too crazy. If you're ever in Santa Rosa and want some donuts come support this local business and get them from...
Read moreThis old Asian lady is rude and disrespectful. As me and my sister were picking out donuts she's hurrying us up telling us that we're slow and she doesn't have all day. It was around 8 pm and we asked her what time she closed she said 10. She starts bringing in other costumers that are sitting down eating telling them we're slow . There were no customers in line or store , other than the two who were sitting down eating. She took pictures of me and my moms husband , calling me and my sister prostitutes and saying we were with a black guy (my mom's husband) saying shes had a long day and is tired. All we were doing was picking out our donuts and she starts being disrespectful. Need to talk to an owner but when I call it goes...
