Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Santee

I went to this place twice and both times I did not like it .....you place the order in the drive through, she swipe the card but no receipt, although I was the only car in the drive through they asked me to park in the front to get the order.....they brought the order outside, I had 4 drinks withing the order asked them for a carrier they said we are out....!! went home to find out two hamburger are missing .....I called them ...the guy said they forgot the two burgers and I can come back anytime to get them......that easy ha..!!...anyways, after a couple of hours went back again got the two burgers, asked for the receipt ......the cashier said oh, I cant pull it out let me ask someone, so she went inside and came back with a strange answer ....Oh I'm sorry we are out of roll printing paper on the machine.......!!! so no drinks carrier , no receipt.....to me that was suspicious, so went home and logged to my credit card account.....the amount charged was OK...!!.........I think Carl's Jr. should do something about the...

Just got home from Carl's Jr. In Santee. Ordered 4 of their $5 boxes. After waiting at the drive thru window for over 5 minutes, they finally bothered to take my money. Time goes by, the guy finally gives me the drinks and we wait some more. Then he brings the boxes to the window. They are in bags but the boxes are on their sides so I know the fries are all over the place.....

As the guy is handing me the boxes, he says, "I'm just gonna tell you, we don't have the cookies." Now? Now you tell me? "Anything else you can throw in instead?" I ask. "No, we don't have any thing of equivalent value" "Ok, whatever, we'll live" So I take my cookie less tipped boxes, drive several miles home.

We open our messy flipped over boxes, fries everywhere and I'm missing the spicy chicken sandwich in one of the boxes....and the drinks are full to the lid with ice so I enjoyed the 2 sips of watery Dr. Pepper that were actually in the cup.

But my day was...

Again for the last time. Just tried randomly comng here after a couple months and the order is wrong again!!!!! A big carl instead of a guac bacon butger? This is the second time!! The screen showed correct. Was it the dumb robots fault? There wasn't anyone in the drive through but me it wasn't busy. Im sure plenty of better workers want to come here to work for 20 bucks. Don't come here!!

Previous : Went here for dimner 6pm. I give fast food places some slack - no one is perfect, but they messed up every category. First a robot starts to take my order. Then halfway a guy takes over while I continue it. He was slightly on the rude side... After getting to the window the wait was pretty long, then after getting home and opening the food the order wasn't even the right order. I wanted the sourdough star but got a cheaper burger...
