Jerseys Mike's is always great, but the staff here is the best. I was waiting outside with my dog for my wife to finish her Optometry appointment, and it was warm outside and without any prompting the staff brought out some water and a little chunk of roast beef for the dog, which was pretty awesome. My husband and I went into order a regular #7 mikes way and #5 mikes way on rosemary bread, we were told they are out of rosemary bread, nobody looked he just said we’re out. so we had white and wheat bread instead. A few minutes later customer comes in orders wants rosemary bread now they have it. I was very upset if I needed to wait a few minutes I would have, when I asked them about it I was told that they were for carry out orders, and I explained the customer wasn’t carrying out . And if I needed to wait to see if someone was going to call in wanting that loaf I would have waited the 5 minutes Your cashier was very Argumentative with me. Not at all happy with...

Last night as I was ordering my sandwich the lady put my meat on another sandwich then transferred it to mine right in front of me. I didn’t say anything because luckily I don’t have any allergies, but I did find it alarming. Also the music was so loud in there that I couldn’t hear a word she was saying. Then when I got home the sandwich had a weird taste. I am a regular at Jersey Mike’s other locations so I know how it was supposed to taste. I think it was one of the veggies that tasted off. I signed up for Jersey Mike's before my birthday, so I could get the free drink and sandwich...went in to get it and they turned me away. After talking to the company, it turns out that it was for the Canadian Jersey Mike's and didn't apply to the US. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED, THEY TURNED ME DOWN ON MY BIRTHDAY!!! OF ALL TIMES!!! WHAT WAS I SUPPOSED TO GO TO CANADA FROM San Diego just to get my sandwich!?!? I've gone there 3 times...and the first two they ran out of wheat bread and then the second time they were out of turkey!! So for another bad experience, I will NOT be eating there any...
