I came here a lot of time and I donāt have any problems before but today theyāre totally disappointed me.So when I came one person in the front of me ordering and itās my turn next Iām standing kinda behind but a bit far away from that person and I just look at the menu to see whatās new in the menu and I already know what I wanted for my orders but the cashier just walk to the back after finished the person in the front of me and start making drink and didnāt ask me or pay attention that I wanna order already.So one random guy just cut in the front of me and start ordering and I did mention itās my turn next but he already finished his order and the cashier didnāt say anything either.And they made mistakes with my husband drink I said no toppings for the slush drink but he still put in wrong order and made it wrong and even itās 75 cents for extra charge still he didnāt mention at all about it and no sorry when I said it was wrong when I told him. I ordered the Puffle it was cold and hard my baby couldnāt eat it.They remake it but i gotta come back twice because their mistakes and didnāt say anything or do anything to make it up.I felt their customer service today was bad I wouldnāt come back again after today I felt they donāt care about the customers...

However, after my most recent visit which was about a week ago, the young gentleman with very bad acne who took my order was not friendly or helpful at all. Maybe because he was busy talking to his co-worker about some internet issue they were having? No, "Welcome", or "Hi there!" or "How can I help you?" No greeeting whatsoever! In fact, he seemed very annoyed when I changed my mind from having it blended to just over ice. He had such a terrible, arrogant attitude, I actually thought he was most likely the son of the owner. Because you only act like that if you have no fear of being fired. That said, I doubt I'll be coming back. It's bad enough that their smaller sized drinks are almost $8.00 total. That's more expensive than my regular drink at Starbucks! With those prices, they should be more customer service oriented, friendlier, and have less attitude. Maybe that's why there were only 2 other customers inside the store sitting down. You're not that busy to be so rude. I'm sorry I don't fit the criteria of the majority of your customers who are much younger than myself. My money is...

I Before he handed me the drink he laughed with one of his coworkers and said āI put way too much but oh well Iām just gonna give it to himā I asked him to make me another one and he told me heās gonna have to charge me again! He said he can just scoop it out I then gave anI then gave a confused look and he said thereās nothing wrong with stop being so sensitive and gave me barely any of the drink left as you can see in the photo. Before I walked out, he said if Anything else is wrong just come back and Iāll scoop more out. I hate to be that person, but the amount of disrespect Was just crazy!
