I came in 5/16/24 to redeem my 5 FINGER BOX CARD . And I asked for everything to be fresh . I didn’t have anything to eat that day as I was getting ready to prepare for a funeral , and was heading to funeral home . I got my food and the fries and tenders were as dark as me . SOON as I took one bite of the tender it hit my stomach and instantly made me sick . Also The drink I had no fizz ( I had a coke ) pure syrup it felt like I was drinking . Due to me preparing for a funeral I couldn’t call until today Monday 5/21/24 and I spoke to who suppose to be the shift lead or MOD for the night and was told it was nothing she could do because of the policy . That any remakes or refunds have to be made that day . I’m clueless on how I would know that if I wasn’t given a reciept like normal restaurants or business have the refund/exhange policies listed . I gave the MOD my time , date and the order . Which I’m sure she can find in the system which she told me she could find it in the POS system . But she still Told me it’s nothing she can do & that I should contact someone else . She wasn’t helpful at all , it’s beyond the food not being made correctly . If a customer is patronizing your business and gets sick and lets you know , you should resolve that issue quickly than normal . I love foosaklys but this location has a lot of retraining to do . First, the people were nice and very welcoming as you walked in. It was clean both in the dining area and since you can see the food being prepared you can see the preparation area is clean and everyone is taking precautions to ensure your food prepared appropriately. The food was great. Very fresh, not overcooked and we didn't have a wait at all. All 3 orders were at the table within a few minutes. Much faster than zaxby's and not over cooked and certainly taste much more fresh. The sauces! When we told them it was our first trip there they brought us a sample of their sauces. All of them were incredible! They were all made right there! The BBQ had just the right amount of kick, the ranch I'm pretty sure was prepared in heaven and delivered similar to the Mana provided to the israelites as they wandered through the desert. My wife was dipping her fries in the home made duck sauce-like dip. Can't cap this off without mentioning the sweet tea. Was it the sweet tea that was so good or the "good ice" (you know what I mean) that made it taste so good? Stop by and decide...

Had to try the place with high ratings and glowing reviews, even if it's just chicken tenders. It was great for what it is, and I agree with other reviewers - the staff is stacked with kind, polite young people and the place is clean (thanks to the staff who buses the tables).

Food-wise, for me the distinguishing factor for these tenders is how nicely they are breaded. It's a light, thin breading over some juicy chicken. It seems that foo chose one thing to do really well that is repeatable and certainly succeeded.

I also got to try all the house-made sauces (I think it was logged into the system by mistake). Among all of them (honey mustard, foo sauce, buffalo, ranch, sweet chili, and BBQ) I agree with the gal who helped me out - honey mustard was the best, followed by foo.
