My husband and I love to go here on occasion. Tonight was our last night here. Vivian (the manager) was extremely rude to my husband tonight. Usually when we come here his food (he likes to get steak) is great. But sometimes his steak tastes rotten and like it had went bad. Tonight was another night that his steak tasted like it had been sitting out and tasted like it was going bad. So he takes it up to the front counter and asks if they can please exchange it for something else (this has happened on a few other occasions before, and usually it's not a problem; he's never rude with them). He was speaking to another manager when Vivian came up and told him that she's going to give him a refund and to never come back to the place. When he's had problems like this he's never rude to the staff, just asks if he can switch it out for chicken. She and the other manager refused to give us the owners number and threatened to call the cops. We were just trying to explain to them that sometimes the food is good and sometimes it's not. Honestly I didn't quite hear all that was going on as I was sitting down at the table when my husband went up, but all he asked was to switch out the steak again and Vivian came up to him and began having an attitude and telling him that all he does is cause problems and that she doesn't like him coming in. The other manager said the same thing, that he's caused problems. The only problems we have brought up to them was when his steak tasted bad, or when the white rice had been overcooked to the point it was burnt. But we will find another spot for us to go to. $40 for two Hibachi bowls is not worth the price if the food isn't...
Read moreThey have changed their ingredients. I haven't been here in months, a friend picked some up for us last night... Wontons were almost completely flat, it was like eating a fried tortilla. The rice was tasteless. The steak was overcooked. The veggies look like they've been sitting underneath the heat lamp for hours.
Service is suffering again. Took 15 minutes to order and another 10 before I got my food. I'm glad I get an hour lunch or I'd have been out of luck. Please do something to encourage your employees to move mor quickly.
Also, stop making your drive-thru customers sign a paper receipt. It's Cumbersome and frustrating.
I guess I should stop coming here at this point. You guys are ONLY operating drive through. Why does it still take so long?!
Already been sitting here for 15 minutes and haven't made my order. Wow. It just gets worse and worse.
Adding one more star because I had a half decent experience today. Did not take very long and it was not as to fill out a receipt in my car.
If you want another star, stop giving paper receipts to sign in my car. Get a tablet and I'll be more inclined to tip. Or stop taking tips and pay your employees better.
And today I get told that something I order almost every day is no longer available. Not coming...
