Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Saraland

I had been waiting for this open since the first time I saw the sign. I use to always get my pizza from Papa Johns when I lived near one. So it has been several years.

Anyway I am really hoping I just got a one off because I was really disappointed. The pizza was not good at all. No sauce on it. Was little bit of sauce that you could actually see was cooked so therefor it was dry. You know how sometimes the crust will bubble up sometimes and push through the cheese and toppings. Well mine had about four of them and they were big. The Pepperoni's most of them looked overcooked, almost burned. It looked like it had been sitting for a while and I only live 5 minutes down the street. I went home from there without any stops.

I mean a hot and ready pizza from Little Caesars was much better than what I got last night.

Considering how long I have wanted a pizza from Papa Johns and how long it has been since the last time I had one. I was so let down. I guess its my fault for not checking. I am usually pretty good at checking before I leave. I guess I just remember the pizzas I use to get from Papa Johns years ago. They were awesome. The only problem is if you do check before and its a bad one. You tell them and they offer to make a new one. There is usually always those people that take it personal and get mad. Then you get to worry about if they are going to do something to it now.

The place was nice, clean, and new. The person who took my order over the phone was nice. Thats what the two stars are for.

I really think a bad one slipped through because Papa Johns Pizzas are...

Don't call the number listed here. You get Kabir on the other side of planet Earth for whatever reason. Your payment gets declined and you have to escalate to the actual Saraland store. The people who are actually dealing with my food and delivery. Now I feel like my account has been compromised. AMERICANS need your work. Stop being cheap. As a huge company that's been around for years this shouldn't be happening unless you expect to lose business. You don't need other countries handling your massive pizza ordering. Ridiculous. Let's not involve Kabir. Sketchy.

Let it be noted my stars are for the Saraland store who helped me with my order, like it should be. Thank you Saraland employees. You were fast and courteous. The food was delicious. Papa Johns....do better....

terrible customer service buy 1 particular employee. got no order no refund and cussed out for asking to many questions. hung up on numerous times due to asking for a corp number.no return call from manager of store. i finally gave up after numerous calls to the store. . terrible very inexperienced management that enables poor unprofessional behavior. will never go here again. although 1 employee named Maddie was very nice and professional and went out of her way to offer atonement. Sad to have some people that actually care about there job only to be ruined by other employees and management. Im pretty sure this behavior is not in Papa Johns missuin...
