Moka's Coffee House — Restaurant in Saraland

Let me start of by saying rarely write a review but this exact experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth and the only reason I’m writing one is you as owner to train your staff properly bc these employees are the image of your company I came in August 16 2024 and around 6:00pm the guy working that shift was very nice and welcoming compared to girl she had nasty attitude and honestly I wouldn’t come back after her she keep on giggling little comments and so forth to her coworker I don’t know if it was bc we Hispanic or bc she honestly didn’t fell like working but the way she responded to when I would ask questions I had asked about the sign in the front and then she later informed that they were sold out I tell me if I’m mistaken but I’ve worked in service industry multiple years and if we were sold out we would take the sign out common senses but no she responded that they were all out and overall she looked upset we had even came in like we were taking up time I hope she gets better trained overall I loved the place the vibes so nice just crazy how one person can ruin your whole experience...

My favorite coffee shop in mobile! Mokas is roomy, has great coffee, breakfast/lunch menu items, snacks, super cute gift shop & on occasion LIVE MUSIC shows! Huge shout out to the employees. I would say at the least my coffee order is more complex than most; Large in size including 3 cubes of ice, shot of skim milk and topped off with a straw. Within my fourth visit to the shop over the course of 2 weeks with the morning staff had already remembered my order including the straw. Mind blown. I will say I'm highly impressed and grateful for such excellent service. There smiling faces helped jump start my motivation for the day with there attention to detail and by remembering my order. Today it was much needed. I'm the type of buyer that would go out of my way for that kind of service vs. convince and if this review had 10 stars as an option I would still try to leave 11, thank you all for going above and beyond your...

I've gone here for over 10 years. I recommend it to all my out of town guests from a local hotel. Yesterday I went and I was having a pretty rough time of it. Been up since just after midnight for work and was not able to think of what I want and the brunette, I hate I can't recall her name but she was there at 10am and she recommended a drink and I loved it. I've never put a review for this place because well it was local and I KNEW it was great and recommend it verbally all the time but I think it's time to tell the internet.
