Wicked Cantina Sarasota

I went to Wicked Cantina in Sarasota for the first time recently. First impressions matter, and in this case, it was a very poor one. I can't imagine ever going back there again. I chose to sit at the bar, where I was the only customer. I was greeted relatively quickly, and ordered right away, as I already knew what I wanted. I ordered the taco salad, and even had a bit of a conversation with the bartender about getting chicken instead of ground beef on the salad. I had one drink, and would have had another, but the bartender, who complained directly to me about being the only one on at the bar because her manager had sent her co worker home, did not check back with me for some time, only to then apologise for "neglecting me." I was the only customer at the bar. I also learned from her that her manager wanted her to clock out by 11:30, but that was impossible due to all the work she had to do, and that she would be there until at least midnight. I'm really not sure I needed to know any of that. About 35 minutes after I had ordered my dinner, the bartender checked with me to see if I needed anything else. At that point I asked if my food was going to be much longer. She looked at me, was confused for a moment not seeming to even remember that I had ordered, and then relaized she had never put the order in the system. She stated "with all that's going on, I must have forgotten to put your order in." I really don't like to single out one individual staff member, but I am unclear as to why this bartender, with an empty bar, and an only semi busy dining room, was overwhelmed by "all that's going on", which was basically only the service bar.
