Sunshine Inn and Suites — Hotel in Sarasota

Wouldn't even give it one star the rooms are filthy he charges for every little thing was given one wash rag and one towel per room had to give a $25 deposit on the rooms and they are horrible. People in this hotel mainly live here and loud music trucks and people are out all night people are banging on the walls in our room and when we went to management nothing was done. It's definitely not worth it no visitors. Stains on the carpet holes in the blankets and sheets the door has a chain on it but it doesn't work definitely...

Listen: we checked in today for one night because we wanted a cheaper option. The rooms are very clean, the bed is extremely comfortable and it seems that everything in the room was brand spanking new. Even the fan blades were shiny and there was no dust or dirt anywhere. Larger than normal fridge, new microwave, new furniture, no peeling paint, no ceiling stains, etc.. We were very impressed. The building is vintage but worth the stay! Highly...

Due to Over Priced apartments I rent a room here. It's not top of the line BUT the manager is very helpful and he works very hard to keep the place up. It's an old Motel so no real luxuries but it's less than a studio apartment...
