Went through the drive-thru around 3:15pm (not many cars in line) and I got my order in quickly due to it being a slow time of the day. We ordered 3 sunjoy drinks , 1 lemonade, a 30 piece chicken nugget and asked for 10 sauces. After receiving the order, I start to drive away but take a quick sip of my Sunjoy-woah! Sooooo WATERED down and BARELY any flavor. So then I had everyone in the car try their drinks before I left the parking lot and they all said the same thing. I then pulled around and decided to go inside and sheepishly ask to get the drinks remade. I never like to be “that” person.
The girl near the register apologized and made all 4 drinks again. After she’s done remaking them, we decide to try them before leaving the restaurant and they still tasted off. Like…the lemons just weren’t tart enough and the ratio to sweet tea just seemed off for the Sunjoy. Yet, we decided they tasted better than the first ones we got but still not up to par with the flavor profile you come to expect with chick fil-a. It’s a new location and I realize there’s going to be growing pains with that. Just strange that their signature drinks wouldn’t taste right when I’m assuming there’s a standard recipe or already premade mixture they just fill up the dispensers with. Oh …and they shorted us 2 sauces ahha. We survived- Not a big deal, but just sayin’… ;)
*Advice: Make sure to taste your food/ drinks before driving away too far incase it doesn’t taste correct to you.

Read moreOne star for the chick fil a food. 0 stars for service.I The service I received this evening was terrible. I’ve come to expect better from this franchise. I week ago I placed a mobile pick up order and waited in the parking lot for about 15 minutes. I figured the restaurant was still new, it was a weekend and peak dinner time- today was even worse and with no excuse.
I waiting in the drive through line for close to 10 minutes without moving. Meanwhile the lane next to me was serving car after car after car. I believe what happened was one of the 2 order takers from my lane had an equipment malfunction. The 2nd order taker from the same lane stopped to assist. Meaning the lane I’m in now has no movement and no one taking orders, while the other drive through lane still has 2. After waiting and waiting and waiting I reversed out of the drive through to place a mobile order and wait at curbside.
I placed the order and 10 minutes go by- the drive through is now functioning at full capacity and empty. The lobby is empty. I can see employees standing and chatting at the counter. SEVERAL minutes after the app says that some one is on the way with my food 3 or 4 solid minutes) I leave my car to go inside and pick it up myself. Let me be clear- I was waiting at least 10 minutes AFTER hitting the “I’m here” button before just going inside to get the food myself. My daughter thought I ordered something out of the ordinary which is why we were waiting so long. Nope. Just a Mac and cheese and lemonade.
I don’t expect to visit often with my experiences thus far, which is sad as we were so looking forward to a location in the SS/Eagle...
