I had the most uncomfortable experience at this location. My friend and I were looking at a couple things before we looked at what we actually came for (a few new shirts for her bf). I found a lot of cute stuff but I am in between sizes so I always have to grab multiple sizes of the same thing. When we were ready to try stuff on we headed towards the back to get a fitting room. I know they have a limit on the amount of items but I forgot how many it was and usually if you are a couple over they let you go or if you have a lot you just leave the second set of clothes out and come get them after you try on the first set. There was multiple people just waiting for their husband or kids to come out of the fitting rooms but they weren’t waiting for a dressing room. My friend went first and put her stuff on the rack and the lady counted the items (10), she just said she could go in. When I walked up to start putting them on the rack, I told her I was in between sizes and know I have more than 9 items. I told her I could leave half of them out here with her and come back for them after I finished with the first set. As I was putting them on the rack for her to count, she kept rolling her eyes and saying “oh my god” and “why did you grab this many?” I specifically told her why in the beginning and tried to be accommodating. After they were all on the rack she was almost waiting for me to do something about it even though I told her what I could do if she wanted. It was awkward and finally she just said “just take them” in a very upset manner. I was trying to be nice even though I was uncomfortable. After we were done trying things on we came out and my friend gave the few things she didn’t want back and walked past me and stopped a few feet away to wait for me. This lady that was still working the fitting rooms (older probably at least in her 60’s with black and grey hair ) says “oh my god, you didn’t even need most of these.” Making a big deal about it in front of all these people and my friend. I was courteous enough to hang them all back up so they were ready to go and be handed off to her so I didn’t have to deal with her again. Instead she grabbed things one at a time from me and was rambling on and talking at me (not to me, like in a conversation.) There was one other girl in the dressing room and she came out and handed the 2/4 things she didn’t want to the lady and she said “thank you” with a smile to her. Meanwhile I was still standing their waiting for her to take my unwanted clothes away and the worker has the audacity to say “ see how she came in with 2 things and left to buy the two things she came in with.” My jaw was on the floor and I looked at her and said “whatever” while walking away. I told my friend I would never come back to this store after that. We still had to look for a couple things for her bf. I was hoping she wouldn’t be one of the cashiers by the time we checked out. (She wasn’t, thank god) but the girl checking out items out was so sweet and an angel. I don’t remember her name but her associate number on the receipt was 2550487 and she would be the only reason I’d come back to this store and she...

Disappointing experience.
Stopped by Ross to pick up a gift for a friend. Walking into the store I was welcomed to ross.
Being in there I did some shopping. I was horrified by the experience and shocked by the odasitey of the employees and Manger in charge.
This was Sunday around 6:30pm.
We looked around the bag section. There were these two teenage girls trying on bags. Then noticed they were there goofing off. After they tried on headbands. This is pretty nasty since they aren't buying anything.
My mother informed the associate "Patti". Then he didn't do anything. When my mother clearly stated to watch out for those girls there troublemakers.
Then two teenage girls went over to the shoes. And trying them on, plus making a bigger mess.
This gave the store a horrible of aspect of no structure within the Manger in charge not noticing the problem. I expressed to my mother to talk with the Manger that was at the register. Chit-chatting with another associate.
My mother expressed that the two teenagers were vandalizing the store.
The Assosicate Andrea, Patti and the Manger. Talked about what we said, though they took no action. They weren't bothered about the appearance of the store or what mess the two girls made.
Now we clearly noticed the Manger went to fix the shoes where the two teenagers had been making a mess. The girls just laughed. Towards the end of my shopping I was in disbelief that the two teenage girls where putting make-up testing stuff had eye masks on there face. The Manger did not care one bit about this store. Huge shame! Since this is a new location I expect more.
Unfortunately I didn't get to see the Mangers name. Although it didn't matter since this can all be seen in the camera.
Then at the check out. I walk towards the register. I see the cashier Andrea wearing a hat that clearly has the ross tag on it. I was fathomed by the cashiers action. Why would she put it on? It's quite shameful the lack of respect these employees don't have for the company. That is probably why these two teenage girls do what they please. Since there is no level of authority in this store.
Why didn't the manager take any action towards there girls destroying the store plus vandalizing unpurchased items.
I care about the community and the representation of the store. Since I am a frequent customer.
We hope that there are reprocussions towards the employees that didn't take any action within protecting the store and its is values.
By the time we left which was 7:20 the two teenage girls were still in the store and never bought anything. I wanted to call the police. Though I assume the Manger would have done nothing as well and stated everything is fine. This was on Sunday April 2nd 2023.
We love Ross and highly encourage to higher responsible adults that can manage a store more adequately upon uncomfortable circumstances and prioritize the well being...
Read moreI like Ross, they have a wide variety of clothing and it’s a fun place to visit but the staff is incredibly rude. Me and My friends had just visited Ross, we walked in and sprayed one spritz of a tester perfume and got yelled at. We were also walking around, trying on clothes, and looking around for a specific shirt they sold which I couldn’t find. We eventually left but it was late at night, the store was closed and we were waiting by the front for our ride to pick us up. We were only waiting for a few moments, nearly by the road before an employee came out and yelled at us. She claimed that we were ruining their business and that we were causing a mess, spraying cologne everywhere, and running around. Me and my friends had only sprayed the perfume once, which it was a tester so we didn’t think it would be something we’d get in trouble for. Overall this was a bad experience and I do not...
