I've gone to this location about 5 times now. I live in the Traverse mountain area in Lehi so im in a central location to the Draper, Saratoga and Pleasant Grove locations. I have gone to Saratoga because the first time they seemed to have their business on point. But the last two times I've gone there im very disappointed. The last time we went there which was today 09/03/2022 they handed me my drinks with coffee and a mess on the bottom of the cups and the sides. Once being handed the drinks asked which ones were which they basically made a guess on what, was what. Asked for some napkins and pulled away with my window down trying to juggle the mess and the drinks, once I started pulling ahead noticed the cabin of my vehicle filled up with dust from all the new construction around. Once cleaning up the messy cups and moving forward we noticed that all of our drinks tasted like they had pumpkin spice in them, all and we ordered were Carmelizers with extra shots. I absolutely hate pumpkin spice. It wasn't even worth navigating back to the establishment at that point because obviously the workers were incompetent. I will not be returning to this location...
Ā Ā Ā Read morei really enjoy the coffee and most of the staff here. but the employees are unbelievably inconsistent in the way they take orders. there are two lanes but there were cars in just one, so i went to the other lane and waited for 6 cars in the other lane to get their order taken before mine was taken. i asked why and they told me that they were there first so i said okay no worries. next time, i went in the lane with three cars as the other lane didnāt have any cars. another car pulled into the other lane several minutes after me, yet they got their order taken before me. i asked why that happened and they then told me that they take orders in both lanes and do it zig zag because thatās what works for them. this has happened almost EVERY TIME i come here and ive just tried to brush it off but today i got completely screwed over. waited almost 10 minutes with just two cars ahead of me, i was at the merge lane trying to pull forward and a car pulled into the lane next to me, employee went straight to them and i then waited another 3 minutes after that car got their drink, to finally receive mine. you guys really need to get your order taking situation...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI like dutch bros and I go with my friends a lot, but I'm starting to get really frustrated. I noticed on a previous visit that a "large" sparkling soda is so full of ice that the actual drink is only one can of soda, plus the other ingredients. So to not pay so much money for a cup full of ice I asked for no ice on my next visit. It's so dumb that it adds $1.50 to my order. I ordered the caramel apple one and I was so disappointed because even though I paid extra they didn't adjust the other ingredients, so I could barely even taste the carmel. I had to go home and add a significant amount of my own caramel syrup for it to taste like it has when I've got that drink previously.
I understand you need to make money, but playing games like giving people so so much ice is uncalled for. Just charge us the price you need to and give us an actual large drink.
