Cold stone was closed, & so my niece & I decided to go try this place. When we ordered we were served by 2 people, a young man & a young girl with longer blonde hair. The young man was decent but the girl had the blandest personality and it came off super rude she seemed unhappy to be there & when I was paying with my card she held my icecream out in front of me like impatiently waiting for me to grab it for a good 15 seconds or so. She could have just set it down in front of me and said here you go, it was in a cup .. wasn’t a cone. I don’t like leaving negative reviews and hope the other employees are much nicer cause all the other reviews say they are kind there. but compared to how nice & respectful the employees are at coldstone this was a very noticeable difference.
