We absolutely love Jimmy John's, and the Saratoga Springs location has completely impressed us! We're big fans of the Unwich, and we've ordered from many, many locations across the country—but this one is by far the best we've ever had. The ingredients are always fresh, the orders are perfectly prepared, and the staff is incredibly friendly and efficient every single time.

What really stood out was our recent visit on a Friday night. They were beyond slammed with orders, yet their quality and customer service remained absolutely perfect. It's rare to see a team handle that kind of pressure so well while still delivering such a flawless experience.

Update: they have started using Uber to deliver and there have been numerous stops before mine. It is a regular now that my food gets to me in 40 minutes or more. Honestly it truly isn’t freaky fast anymore and I wouldn’t say they can even use that slogan. Unfortunately I’m done ordering g from them, DoorDash can be quicker. 45 minutes is not freaky fast. Just sayin. Pretty sure they forgot my order til I called at 30 minutes and they said in a suspicious tone that it was on its way.. then why did it take 15 minutes when I live 5...

12/10 - Seriously wish I could give these guys more than 5 stars. I've been to Jimmy Johns more times than I can count. I've been on a new diet really watching what I eat and I had to be that annoying customer asking for the nutrition facts. The girls behind the counter were really nice and helped me figure it out.
