I ordered a meal online and arrived at approximately the pickup time indicated. There were three or four custom ears at various stages in line ordering food and I approached the cashier area to pick up my food. After an awkwardly long amount of time, one of the employees decided to acknowledge I was there and I indicated I was picking up my meal. They asked my name and another employee indicated it was finished. Instead of going to get me my completed meal and hand it to me, already paid for in the app. They proceeded to continue making new food for the new customers that it arrived. I stood there for 10 minutes with my food getting cold before one of them finally decided to go pick up the bag and hand it to me. Why did I order it in advance if I still had to wait in line behind other people who are just now placing orders? This is the biggest frustration I have with restaurants that offer online orders. All they have to do is place the order in a location with the name visible and I can pick it up myself. No need to bother the employees. But instead my food gets to sit there growing ever colder while I wait for someone to pick it up and hand it to me. This is obviously a very poor process that needs to be improved. Many as a restaurants have figured this out. This one probably...

Meat The amount of "CHAR" you get at this location is quite impressive. The last 3 times we've had their teriyaki chicken, they are so impressively burned that we have to diligently cut off the BLACK edges and surfaces on half of the portion before eating. Sometimes it happens with the Teri Steak. We can't really enjoy our food after we got them. We spend the first 5-10mins getting the black surface off the meat. This time, 1.9oz of "CHAR" was manually cut out before we could enjoy it.
I understand that the sugar content from the Teri marinade could make the burn happen easily, but we never had this much of "BURN" from other locations in Lehi, Orem, PG, Herriman or Vineyard.
The first two times the chicken was well cooked and had acceptable amounts of char.
Service delivery Had a pickup order at 8pm that was put in an hour prior. The order wasn't made until I showed at 7.59pm and asked about it. I believe it was their slow hour, no one was in the line, and only a few dine in tables were being used. At least 2 employees were "free" at the counter from what I saw. Plus the order was received an...
Read moreI worked with Zach for catering and it wasn't as smooth as I had hoped. We initially paid for 25 guests and he told me it wouldn't be a problem to update it if needed, which I did. I received 3 different receipts, thinking I had now paid for 75 guests when I only needed to pay for 50. I visited the store and Alaina told me there wasn't anything they could do and that I needed to contact ezCater, which was frustrating. After Kona at ezCater told me there was nothing they could do and I needed to work with the store manager, more frustration. Thankfully, Alaina was thorough and patient, was able to confirm charges for me and I was on my way. Meanwhile, another store employee stated "ezCater was a joke to work with" and wished me luck. Besides having less than half of the necessary paper plates and plasticware for our event, the food was great. I would have ordered more teriyaki chicken and less mac salad. We had tons of rice and mac salad that...
