I am updating my review of this place. The first visit was really good. But ever since it has went down hill. Last time my family went a few weeks ago. And it was a waitress supposed to be taking care of us. They sat us. Then we did just that for nearly 10 mins before anyone paid us any attention. Mind you it was not packed at all. Finally came to our table and committed sorry we got confused on who was waiting this table. Like what? By the time she came we was ready to order our drinks and food. So we start saying what we want. And she stops us and says I got to get my pad to write this down. So she comes back we repeat everything again. And order a burger and fries to go. And we ordered the crab cakes as a appetizer. Takes a while for our food. And the crab cakes come out with the food. When you order a appetizer it should be the first thing to the table. It had already lost temp. And the meat on my wife's nachos had been sent to hell it self to be blackened burnt. She barely touched it. Anyway the girl was what seemed to be flirting with the guys behind us paying them more attention. Passing us up most of the visits and my cup empty sitting on the end of the table where she could see it. Never grabbed it to fill it up. I almost ate my whole main before I stood up with my cup walked and filled it up myself. And I paid the ticket waiting for my Togo order and nothing. Mind you she had to get her pad to write it down. I had to remind her why I had not left yet. And she says oh yeh I forgot. How do you forget when you write it down? The service sucks bad 0 stars. On the way out I made a complaint about it before leaving. And the woman who said she was the Chef's wife. And I told her the whole experience and how the last few visits it has gotten worse. And that I had to fill my own cup up on this visit. She wanted my name and number and for her husband to call me so I could explain to him also and try to make it right by covering our next meal. And to address the problems. And yup you guessed it never got that phone call. They don't want to fix the problem. So I will not be returning. Because clearly it starts up hill and trickles down. On top of the high prices like it's a 5 star restaurant. Updated note this review is also on the silver saddle restaurant reviews which I posted seven months ago. Because I didn't know this was the "correct profile". But note the chefs wife finally called Seven months later wanting to apologize and make it up to us because of this review reminded her of it. I declined to take them up for one reason only it took seven months to be addressed super...
Read moreWe ate dinner here two nights in a row because the options were limited in town. The drinks were good—liked the beer, the martini and the treasure island fog. The mango margarita was unsweetened and on the rocks which seemed odd. But it was ok.
The man who sat us the second night was clearly sick and coughing, and setting tables. The servers were nice both night. Service was ok if somewhat lackadaisical—never came to ask if things were good or if we needed anything. No forethought—pizza came without plates. Never asked if we wanted drink refills.
We had the pizza one night. The pizza arrived lukewarm. Basil was burnt to a crisp—usually it’s added after cooking. Toppings were generous but very uneven so whole pieces were either heavily topped or barely topped.
The night before we had the ribeye and the lobster bisque. Everything came cold. The bisque was in a bread bowl which was not stated on the menu and was missing its advertised garnish of salted whip cream. It was so so at best. The ribeye was cooked correctly but cold. It came with a gravy which was not listed on the menu but was good. Broccoli was cold and watery. Baked potato came with no butter or sour cream, and was lukewarm—the butter that finally came was ice cold.
Overall not their best effort. For such a nice hotel and the prices I think they can do better. Everything sounds very good on the menu—serving hot would be a good first step.
Also drink menus had weird scribbled crossouts in some places, and then there were drinks no longer available that were not crossed out. Better to reprint or at least cross out neatly with a sharpie marker instead of scribbling with a...

Food is decent. Cooked to order and tastes fine. Definitely a busy environment; sled season and Valentine's day so, to be expected. Plus they brew their own craft beers. However, I was greeted promptly upon arrival and seated within 5 minutes or so.
The menu choices were narrowed down due to the holiday, so I didn't try the brew I had decided on before arrival, as i did not see it on the beer list. I ordered the Buttered Boozy Cocoa instead, which was not a disappointment!
To eat, I ordered the super burger, which is an ala cart burger with up to 3 toppings, which include cheese options, avocado, bacon, and a fried egg. They cooked it as I asked, and my onion rings were quite tasty.
Phathom did a great job and was perfectly attentive, despite being new to the restaurant and it being busy. Service was fast and efficient. Everyone who worked there certainly got their steps in for the day!
They do have an online ordering option, which I may utilize next time for takeout, depending on the season. My total time spent was under an hour, and that's moreso due to me taking my time, because usually I'm on the other side of the table. It was nice to not have to swallow my food whole on the go!
