SunnyCup — Restaurant in Saratoga

SunnyCup is seriously a hidden gem! From ice cream to shakes and tons of other sweet treats, everything we tried tasted amazing. I highly recommend the Oreo shake—it was easily one of the best I’ve ever had. Rich, creamy, and full of cookie chunks.

The vibe inside SunnyCup is super comfortable and honestly really fun to just lounge in while enjoying your desserts. Now… full transparency… my family came along and decided to heckle the poor wall color the entire time 🙄. For the record, I think the wall color fits the place perfectly—it’s bright and inviting and matches the cheerful vibe of the shop.

So, to the staff and anyone else who was there: I apologize on behalf of my family. They were kind of a nuisance, but that’s just them being them. Thankfully, the awesome treats made up for the chaos.

Went there yesterday with my sister and got a pumpkin spice frap and a chocolate banana milkshake, the frap tasted like armpit it was not good no pumpkin taste at all, the milkshake tasted sour/old. The customer service was horrible the blonde lady never said hello was very rude and was complaining to another customer saying she pretty much can't handle working a shift because it's just her and there was only 3 costumers in the store so doesn't make since. I've worked in the coffee industry small town busy drive thru only and have worked it on my own with lines to the street so not sure what she was complaining about. Definitely won't...

5 stars for atmosphere especially for kids. If you need to change your baby they have a nice set up and there are stools to have kids reach to wash their hands in the bathroom. There was also a nice seating area outside with a small play area for kids. I did not grab a picture since another family was using it. One star off because I found the drink menu confusing (which could be my issue ). For example, it would have been nice to know if a drink was blended or on the rocks used syrup or real fruit, etc. I would come back when they were less busy so I could ask some questions to find the right drink for...
