From the time we became partners with Union we had problems with service. Dropped calls or no service at all. When we moved we kept getting promises they were getting service to our area. After 2 years of trying to be patient and not wanting to have to buy new phones and new numbers etc. We decided to change to Verizon which we new would work in our new area Oh my goodness....not only would they not let us out of our contract; but they refused to release our phones. We paid cash for our phones but when a supervisor got on line he informed me we got a huge discount so we did not own our phones??? I explained we did not ask for a discount and did not know we had received one and he went on to tell me everyone got the same discount so in reality we did not get a huge discount. After a very frustrating call we needed up purchasing new I phones, again with Verizon and trading in our locked iPhones with Verizon. We were told they would eventually unlock the phones but could take up to 3 weeks! So not happy...

I asked several times to have a person who knows what they're doing, to come and undo everything that was done yesterday and redo it and the response, we don't do that. Also a good idea to tell the customer before they set up a computer, with someone who doesn't know computers. This is Karon Wilson, not Ray. I'm using his phone because Union can't help me...

Where I live currently in Saratoga, the company only offer slow speeds--which is out of their control. If fiber is offered and the price is right, I'd not hesitate to do business...
