We spent a couple nights for our anniversary and were very glad that we did. It’s not a “fancy” hotel, but I don’t think any place in Saratoga meets that description—this really is the Mountain West! What makes it stand out is that the owner and staff clearly care about the property and providing guests with a wonderful experience. ||The property and our room were fastidiously clean, the towels and bedding were high quality (none of those cheap, thin towels and sheets!), the TV and WiFi worked perfectly, the room was quiet, and included a microwave and refrigerator (unlike a “resort” property in town). It’s located within easy walking distance of the “downtown” area on Bridge Street and with the free bicycles that are available to guests, the whole town (including hot springs) is easy to get to. There is also a great, upscale Italian restaurant (Bela’s) right across the street; follow their advice and make reservations (and be aware they’re closed on weekends).||Beyond all that, we really appreciated three features that make this property really stand out: (1) being pet friendly, (2) a wonderful shaded lawn area overlooking the river, equipped with grills, firepit, rocking and lounge chairs, and lawn games, and (3) very friendly and helpful staff.||Highly recommend you book and prepare for a true Wyoming...

Read moreWe stopped here with my folks and our two small children while on road trip from CO to Wyoming. The rooms were updated, clean, and the beds were comfortable (very important and so many get it wrong). We really enjoyed the outdoor space, river view was fantastic- what a special little place. There were bikes and games to borrow. Ice and vending were very nice. Reception area was cozy as well. The shower was nice and shampoo conditioner body wash refillable shower containers were nice too. I hate those tiny mini bottles of junk so thank you for not using those. Instead of the hand soap bars maybe have a refillable hand wash by the sink as well. Those bars are so messy and wasteful. More trash cans in the room/bathroom are needed. One was not enough. My kids loved the grassy lawn, picnic tables, grills, fire pit and river area. Huge trees and wonderful scenery. Thank you for providing a nice place and sharing it with travelers it is so needed. I did think the price was a tad steep but we really...
