Umi of Japan — Restaurant in Saugus

My family went here over the weekend and it looked like your average Chinese restaurant. Although, I was extremely surprised to see a LONG HAIR in my fried rice! I had already ate most of it and I was completely disgusted to see this and I immediately reported this to the Asian lady who serves the food. Unfortunately, she didn’t speak a word of English and when she heard “fried rice”, she grabbed a new dish to start serving me again. Luckily, the Asian dude who was next to her understood what I was saying and suggested I order a new combo. Not to mention the food tasted horrible and STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE! THIS HAS RUINED MALL...

Disgusting behavior. I had ordered two entrees; one of just chicken and the other of white rice and chicken teriyaki. And I hadn't interacted with the man working the grill, however, when he finished the teriyaki, he lobbed the teriyaki container on top of the first one and wouldn't stack the two boxes, but instead said to me," you do it". What type of behavior is this to your customers? YOU are the worker, not me; am I now to expect this "do it yourself" behavior every time I go? This is definitely a customer lost and I'll be telling my friends...

I went here to get the food cooked in front of me on the hot grill. I ordered the beef with rice. Two people ahead of me ordered chicken. The chicken is cheaper than the beef by a couple of dollars. When the chicken was cooked for the other clients they load it up till the container could barely close. Had to be about half a pound of chicken per order. Fast forward to my food and I got the smallest amount of beef humanly possible. It was like 4 tiny pieces. Get outta here. I basically...
