Regrettably, my mother was the recipient of an incorrect order, despite the assurance that it was handed directly to her. Upon bringing this discrepancy to the attention of the staff member in question, rather than addressing the issue with professionalism and rectifying the mistake, she responded dismissively, suggesting that my mother should have somehow discerned the contents of the bag without inspection.
Furthermore, the assertion that a call was made to rectify the error was unfounded, as confirmed by the presence of other patrons who also received incorrect orders prior to our arrival. This inconsistency casts doubt on the credibility of the staff's claims regarding order fulfillment procedures.
Adding insult to injury, the demeanor exhibited by the staff member, purportedly named Victoria, was notably unbecoming of a service professional. Laughing in the face of a customer's concern and baselessly accusing them of theft only serve to exacerbate an already unpleasant situation.
Despite the lack of customer traffic at the time, the refusal to promptly remake the correct order further compounded the issue, demonstrating a disregard for customer satisfaction and a concerning lack of accountability.
In conclusion, I am disheartened by the unprofessional conduct and poor customer service exhibited during my recent visit. As a patron, I expect and deserve a level of service commensurate with the reputation of your establishment.
