Ruby Thai Kitchen — Restaurant in Saugus

I don’t by food from here but decided to anyways yesterday, I got fried rice with chicken wings and orange chicken (I think?) and a Thai milk tea, on the drive home the milk tea was delicious. Probably 10/10 but when I got home and was about to eat i smelled something funny, turned out the rice was bad. It was sticky with some pieces feeling really hard like if the rice was from the day before and they just reused it instead of making fresh rice. Paid 16 dollars total and only got to enjoy my Thai tea. Honestly was upset but since we can’t eat at the mall because of COVID, I didn’t notice until I was home and by then I wasn’t driving 20 min back there. Don’t eat here. I asked for bubble tea and they gave it to me in a watery consistency. It was absolutely disgusting and then they told me they couldn’t do a return. Bubble tea is usually in a smoothie consistency.
