The initial experience was good as they were happy to sell me the products. A month later the necklace broke and I took it back for replacement or repair. I bought two of them as it’s a paired gift. Apparently it was final sale. Guessing there’s no warranty on final sale items?! I guess they don’t have faith in the product they are selling. I was offered to send it for repair that I have to pay for. I asked how much a new one would cost and was told about $50. Huh, you wouldn’t assist me for such a low amount?! Now I have two sets of necklaces, one broke and the other I have to disclose, “here you go but the necklace might break”. The reason for the negative review is, this could have been handled much better. Maybe if my skin color was different I may have had a different experience. You might think I am overreacting but honestly, you can always tell…there’s that bit of sting. So unfortunate this was the only way to have my voice heard. Please proceed with caution from this place.

I can't say enough great things about my exceptional experience with Hannoush Jewelers. I don't think I will ever go anywhere else and will certainly recommend them to all my friends. I have been to Hannoush twice to have my rings sized. The staff here are friendly, professional and knowledgeable about their jobs. They make you feel special as an undivided as opposed to just another person buying jewelry. After recieving my wedding ring back from them it was still a tiny bit too tight so they resized it again at no charge. I would like to give a special shoutout to Courtney at square one mall. Courtney is very professional yet extremely personable. Courtney knows alot about jewelry. She took great care helping me out and even called me at home the next day to make sure my rings were sized correctly. Today I walked into Pandora with a concern about my Pandora Me bracelet being shipped in the wrong size. I really didn't know if I was going to get the right help until Courtney decided to make my day and literally gave me everything I needed and more. She was very professional about everything and she made everything so much easier than what I thought it was going to be. I really appreciate people like her we need a lot more people like her around the world. To whom this main concern, you have a great employee don't lose her. I just can't believe I had the experience I had just because she made my gift to my wife a lot more special than what is was supposed to be.
