Double check EVERYTHING you buy here. Open every item! I bought an expensive item and made the mistake of not opening the box. Guess what? When I got home and opened it someone had stole the content and replaced it with bar soaps! Worst part is I think the cashier noticed and still sold it to me. I saw her taking the box and talking to the girl beside her in a low tone to her ear and I remember hearing " but this is a 60$ cream" so I started paying attention but still wouldn't imagine what was coming. Of course they want to make $ so she sold it to me knowing. I went back to tjmaxx and they said they couldn't do anything cause they would be losing money if they refunded me. I'm definitely not familiar with stealing techniques so this was beyond my imagination. New life lesson learned! Hopefully it saves you from wasting your money!

It seems like the staff has improved their friendliness and are working on their customer service. I give them kudos from my previous two stars. As a previous retail worker and ASM, I have high expectations for how the staff interacts with their customers. Given, yes people have bad days, however, if it's consistently unpleasant, maybe find a different area in the store or somewhere else. That isn't being said with malice, that is being said with wholeheartedness for both the customers and the individual working. Who wants to...
