Arby's — Restaurant in Savannah

My wife & I used to eat there 3 or 4 times a week. We were glad when they opened the dining room back up because we enjoyed interacting with the staff. New staff now. We walked to the door that had a "Dining Room Open" sign on it but the door was locked. I watched an employee go in the other door, so I went to that side. The employee ran over,,locked the door & proceeded to throw up her hands & say some things I couldn't understand. If she had said I am sorry sir but we are in unundated & had to close the dining room, I would have been fine. But that was the most rude, inconsiderate thing anyone has ever done!. This evening, I took a long-overdue trip to Arby’s with my loved ones. The drive thru was quite vacant, which allowed us all the perfect headspace needed to make our respective decisions. The workers were quite patient despite our initial hesitation and indecision, and their positively-chilled attitudes were utterly contagious. The food itself met our expectations: which were not high but substantially greater than what wouldve been expected of the competitor (cough, cough, McDonald’s). Overall, from the curly fries to the non-authentic (but quite tasty) gyro my loved ones and i were brought closer together on this incredible journey. Thank you Arby’s for the gift...

Had a drive thru experience 👎🏾👎🏾. The young lady working the window couldn't hear me and she had on a headset, my order took forever to get it and when I got home I've discovered that my order was not what I had paid for. I specifically order extra meat and sauce repeated it several times at the window after she couldn't hear me through the speaker and yet they fell to do both and the sandwich was cold I would have ate the meat by itself if it wasn't as cold as the rest of the sandwich despicable and disgusting excuse for service at this location.
