Burger King — Restaurant in Savannah

We stopped at this location on the way home for some quick breakfast since it was one of the only things open and we had a long trip back home. We waited in a long line to order for it being 8 am and then we were told that half the breakfast menu items were unavailable. We happily changed our initial order to make sure we received what we wanted to eat. However, when we got the first window to pay, the cashier was on her phone the entire time and did not even look at us when we gave her our card for payment. We did not even receive a receipt. We pulled up to the second window and realized they got our order wrong so I asked the employee if she could ring up an iced coffee instead of a coke (which is what I ordered). She said no and slammed the window in our face. This was very poor service and extremely disrespectful. i do not feel that we were asking to much to receive what we ordered. I do no recommend visiting this location on MLK blvd if you are in Savannah, GA. It looks nice from the outside but the employees are very rude and do not care to help you with your order. I need to remember never to go back there. Went the other day to get A large fry and a large Coke and the line was sort of long. It took 15 minutes to get to order and I was the second car to order. The kid told me I couldn’t order a large fry and a large Coke because they don’t allow it there. Funny how you can go to any Burger King and have no problems ordering this. I asked him are you out of fries and he said no I said well why can’t I get a large? He said because they don’t allow it. I told him that makes no sense and I asked him what size I could get he said I could get a medium. Then he proceeded to say I couldn’t get a large Coke. It was carbonated and then they didn’t have any. I waited a half an hour in line and I was tempted to leave which I should’ve. When I took a bite of my french fries they tasted like rancid oil. I know they have a skeleton crew so they probably don’t change their oil or even clean the place. They just need to shut it down if they don’t have enough people to run it properly. My friends told me don’t go there people have been getting sick from their food and it’s one of the worst places to go. I will never...

We ate here our first day in Savannah for a quick, inexpensive lunch and the dining room was closed, but no signs on the door or marquee sign outside. I am handicapped and it is difficult for me to get into and out of our car, so I was frustrated after going thru the literal pain to get out of my car, only to be told "dining room is closed". We had to get back in car and go thru drive thru. Then, we stopped here our last day to grab a quick lunch before starting our 7 hour drive home. We went thru the drive thru and placed our order on BK's Mobile app. When we finally got to the drive thru window, after 35 minutes in line...the attendant told us we would have to come qinside to get our mobile order. I explained "I'm handicapped", and he shut the drive thru window in my face! We sat there until he opened the window again, and I said " I'm handicapped and I can't come in" He said you'll need to come inside and speak to my manager.
