Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Savannah

Well I went to Popeyes they open at 10:30 the one on victory drive didn't have any food ready and then on top of that they gave me chicken they had from the day before the chicken was old plus it wasn't crunchy it wasn't hot it was cold like it just came out the refrigerator and I when I went through the line I asked the cashier was the chicken fresh and she told me yes so after I turned out I opened the box to see the chicken skin like it was wet soft and burnt so the manager said that she was changing the grease and will I come back an hour okay I won't back in an hour and a half and he still wasn't ready and that was at 12:30 then I won't back again at 1:30 and it still wasn't there so I said well okay you know what I'll just go back later tonight and have it for dinner and then I went back and had it for dinner needs to say that it was okay that time then I had another client that wanted Popeyes it was on Saturday and there was not even open get it together Popeyes I know you guys can do better considering y'all had people fighting over your chicken...

I just left this location after sitting in the drive-through line for about 20 minutes. I ordered the $6.99 big box special. And I noticed that it was hard to understand the person over though kiosk however, I proceeded to place my order was asked to drive to the pick up window. Once I got there she said my total was $10.69. I inquired why was it so high I ordered the special she said, you ordered the big box I said yes. She said well that’s what I charge for. . I said isn’t it $6.99 she rolled her eyes and backed away from the window. I guess to call the manager and I could see him making all sorts of gestures cursing said he was tired of this foolishness. He said I don’t care if I get fired. The cashier proceeded to come back to the window and again said $10.69 while I was apologizing to her for what she just endured. She then say it to me we don’t have the $6.98 special anymore it’s $10.69. Needless to say I’m now waiting in another Popeyes drive thru on MLK. I must be mad or hoping for a...

Ordered bone in chicken wings online and apparently this location doesn’t have bone in chicken wings, I’m not sure why the app allows you to order something they don’t have. My husband went to pick up our food and the staff just handed him either someone else’s food or my sandwich with a side of fries I didn’t order and no explanation. So he drove back around and explained my online order and none of the staff suggested any replacements or help on what to do about my missing wings that I had already paid for. So I suggested that they give me the mixed signature 10 pc chicken instead since they are the same price. Well I guess for some reason they cannot do that? Idk what the reasoning is other than they want to waste my time and be lazy terrible employees with zero customer service.
