Found this little gem on a recommendation from an associate of mine that it had just recently opened. Having owned my own Irish Pub previously, I was pleased once I entered. Outside was a tiny parking lot (but there is some street parking) and the pub is in an old vintage yellow house. But once inside, It certainly looked appropriate. At first, I was wondering where I would eat from their menu when the entire ground floor is a winding bar heading to the back with some bar rail seating too. Someone pointed out the dining areas were upstairs. So up I went. Pretty nice and cozy upstairs. Typical green walls and some art decor here and there. Probably could seat 40 or so up here. But there was a cool nook in a corner with some views and I opted for that. The menu while small, was certainly Irish. So I ordered Boxtys, and fish/chips. Fish was delicious but not a huge portion although it was decent. Boxtys were great also. Been awhile since I had some of these. Prices are also good. They only had 2 drafts but also had plenty of bottles and cans to choose from. Also had decent whiskey and liquor offerings as well. I liked the dank lighting upstairs which is how Irish Pubs should be. They have some growing to do but so far, are doing great. Looking forward to hanging out here every so often bouncing between here and my other fave, O'Connell's. One improvement I hope to see, are more drafts, replacing the chairs upstairs with more fitting wood types reminiscent of classic Irish pubs and playing some background Irish music. Can't recall if there was some playing or not. They probably used these residential dining chairs just to get open so we shall see. Reminds me of Florida sunroom sets because they are wicker and just don't fit the style here. In any case, I highly recommend stopping in for some great food, whiskey or a pint! They do have an outdoors back yard of sorts which can be nice when the weather is better. Good job...

And if you're looking for the best Irish food in town, you've found your place. I can't wait to go back and sample more of the menu and spend some time on the patio...
