Me and some friends went to McDonaldâs and had a rather large order. The staff over the intercom checked with us to make sure she had the order right because there was a little confusion because some burgers were only ketchup and some were just plain. When we got to the food window they did not give us the cheeseburgers that werenât only ketchup. We mentioned this to them and they told us we never ordered cheeseburgers that werenât only ketchup, but then said for us to pull up and wait and they would bring them shortly. As we were waiting an employee angrily told us to move because we were in the way of the âseagull in the trashcanâ and we needed to go inside. My boyfriend went inside and they then argued with him how he needed to pay for the two extra cheeseburgers, when in our knowledge and based on our conversation on the intercom we already paid. This was handled extremely unprofessionally and we would have gladly paid had the situation been handled differently. We did order the correct amount; they just messed up and then got mad when we mentioned we were missing part of our order. I am a former McDonaldâs employee and you should never take this anger out on the customer when you are the one confused and the one that messed up the order.    Read moreIf i could give a negative rating, I would! We were there for breakfast. I ordered a number 8 meal with a small OJ, a hotcakes with syrup, and a small Oj for my grandchildren. I had a sausage egg and cheese biscuit, no drink. It was 28.98. I said that's too much. The meal is 10.96, the hotcakes are 5.50, and the biscuit is around 5.60. What is a small Oj 6.00. The guy said no its right. I get my slip after waiting 30 minutes I was only 3rd in line. They had charged me individually instead of the meal deal plus they charged me a 1.00 for cheese on my biscut!. I told the girl that they had over charged me and she just shrugged her shoulders like so. What do you want me to do about it. So I said when you order the meal and you bill someone for the items individually you over charge your customer and its ripping us off. She just looked at me and said I'll let them know. And started getting the next drink order. As I drove away my grandson who is only 13 said well that won't happen. Then to make matters worse I pull over and the didn't give us syrup for the pancakes nor any plastic ware to eat it with. My granddaughter was in tears. Got back to my work and saw it had cheese on it, no big deal went back to have it remade with no cheese. She assured me at the register that it was all set and apologized for the inconvenience. Get back to work, and yet again still had cheese. I went back to this McDonaldâs yet again to have it made correctly. After about 15 minutes of waiting they finally had it remade AGAIN, FOR THE 3rd TIME and it STILL WASNT RIGHT! It had no cheese this time but it didnât come with the bacon it was supposed to. This has happened on multiple occasions, and just the fact of having to make 3 trips to get a burger fixed and still not have it right is absolutely ridiculous and was the final straw.
