Starbucks — Restaurant in Scarborough

I have been to 4 different Starbucks locations as I'm new to Starbucks.

The one in Target in Auburn, ME was horrible customer service and charged me over a dollar more to have Almond milk in my coffee and did not provide a sleeve for my hot coffee... it was needed as it was 90° outside!

The one in the Portland Mall (my 1st ever Starbucks order) messed up my order!).

The one in Brunswick is great.

But this location is my absolute favorite! I have stopped 4 or 5 times now on my way home from Aquaboggin. Each time through the driveway and they batista were so nice! My 1st ti.e there (but 2nd time getting a starbucks) the woman was so sweet when she asked how my spledinds I wanted and I said whatever you normally put in (I was not asked at my 1st ever trip) she stated that they did not have a typical amount she was so sweet and was very accommodating when I asked for 4 and 1 to spare just in case. Each time there I have gotten a different person and each time they have been very professional but also so friendly! I was never made to feel like a burden while figuring out what my typical Starbucks order would be. They never look stressed and my coffee always tastes the same regardless of who makes it! I always know I am going to have exceptional service and that my coffee will always taste the same! I'll be sad when summer is over and I won't be able to go there again until next summer as I live an hour and...

This location is the worse. I work from home and am at Starbucks a ton. Usually 5-7 times a week. The staff at this store seems overworked and seems always frustrated. I’ve been a gold member for a few years now and always work in Starbucks a couple hours a day. Today I asked for a refill on my Pink Drink. I know that you can’t get refills on Pink Drinks so I asked for a Blueberry Black Tea refill. The boy behind the counter asked his boss (lady with short-red hair) how to discount to refill price. She told me that I couldn’t do a refresher as a refill. I wasn’t aware that the Blueberry Black Tea was a refresher... not what it’s labeled as... I’ve been able to get refills of Blueberry and the new Peach Tea at all the other locations I visit... except this one. Will I be back to this one... probably not. So it’s so difficult for me to right this because the staff here in scarborough are beyond fantastic and always have been and I am a loyal client who goes there every single day. What is really disappointing is I have complained about the extreme over growth of weeds around the sign, building, drive thru and coming through the patio that just looks terrible but also rubs up against your vehicle when driving thru the drive thru and when I complained before the weeds and messy landscaping was addressed but what upsetting and disappointing is that whom every is in charge of making sure this stuff is being tending sue does a terrible job and to be aesthetics and presence is everything and though I love the staff and I live in scarborough I hate driving thru this Starbucks because it truly looks trashy with the overgrowth and trash in...
