The lady here is clearly severely challenged so I want to say this as clear as possible. I get there, she LIES to me and tries to tell me my mother ordered less than she did. When I called my mother and we caught her in the lie, she tries to tell me 15 minutes and she’ll make the rest of our food. I was annoyed but held my tongue. I get home, my beef noodles have a single piece of beef. I call for a refund as I have a picture of this, and she tries to tell me she’s 100% sure she put 4 pieces of beef. I told her “you were also sure my mother only ordered 2 items” and you were clearly wrong and lying, so once again you’re lying. I ask for my refund, and instead of acknowledging her own errors she lies some more and gives me attitude. I used to like this place and tried to support it, but never will again. How are you going to scan and con customers over a single dish, I know times are hard but jeez, this is just unethical to a degree I’ve never seen before. Customers, be careful about these people they will con you. Check your receipts because the lady tried to give me the wrong receipt and convince me it was what my mother ordered to charge me more and give me less. See if you’re ever going to be successful with the way you deceptive mediocre people are. Have fun staying at the bottom
Update: as the business has responded attempting to deny the fact that they have been caught red handed trying to scam and deceive customers. Now they’re trying to tell me that I’m the one not truthfully telling how it happened when the entire review and story is because THEY were the ones lying to me. Okay, tell me what part of this isn’t accurate because I have evidence and documentation of every single statement I made. Instead of deflecting you would earn more respect by taking accountability and owning up to your actions. That’s how a REAL business gets actual respect, you don’t earn respect by conning customers and then turning around and demanding respect. That’s what typical thieves out there do and I’m not surprised that’s what they’re trying to do now. And then they claim that the restaurant was “busy” with limited staff. Also false. There was 1 table seated and employees standing around and chatting, so… then they claim that they would try to fix the issue but when I called and described my issue and the lady straight up told me she doesn’t have time to listen to my issue and that she has other customers and hangs up on me, knowing she was caught in her scheme. I called back one more time, this time clearly frustrated and demanding a refund and nope, doesn’t understand. If I didn’t write this review detailing everything they did, they’d never have offered to try to fix the issue. When I gave them the chance to fix the issue before, they weren’t willing to. Suddenly they’re only interested because they know they’ve been caught and exposed. They claim that they’re happy to resolve issues as it pertains to customers, but I gave them every opportunity to fix their own mistakes and errors. Instead, they chose to keep trying to hustle me, trying to convince me that we ordered less than we did and get that extra nickel and dime. Your people are not only unethical but dishonest, and I will write my reviews to the effect of how it happened. A BBB report has already been filed. If you do not like negative reviews, trying taking accountability and doing business the ethical way rather than trying to con customers out of a few dollars and nickel and dime customers at every turn. I stand by my statement. I cannot, in good judgement, ever recommend this restaurant. As far as resolving the issue, we’re a couple months too late for that. That’s all I wanted and all I was trying to do before. If this is the response I had received before, I’d have forgiven it and it would have left a bad taste in my mouth, but not left me upset and feeling robbed. But no, nobody except me cared about resolving the issue until the review came out. And to protect other unknowing customers, I have no choice but to keep this...
Read moreNoodle Deli is what I would call a Chinese ramen restaurant. There's a fair amount of classic Chinese food followed by different arrangements of noodle soup you can order. Each table has a stash of chopsticks followed by soy sauce and vinegar ready to splash. The noodles are 2.5x thicker in width and have this rhombus-like cross section.
If you plan on eating in, make sure you bring your phone charged and connected to your mobile data. I wasn't able to find a WiFi network to connect from to order, but each table is labeled with a QR code that leads to a website to order by table. Between the 3 of us, we each had a large order of noodle soup and other classic dishes to order from that could have been more delicious with a searing hot wok.
We had the Chinese eggplant, Mapo Tofu, Cumin Lamb, Pickled Seafood soup while I had the Sichuan Noodle Soup. Any soup will have a large bowl about the same size as an entree, while the main entrees themselves will look like sides when comparing the two. The meal was tasty, with my favorite arguably being the Cumin Lamb.
While I had the bowl of Sichuan noodles, I was wholly expecting the spice to throw me out. I added 2 Tbsp of Their chili oil, which has more oomph than the soup, and while the noodles had bite, I found myself drinking the broth more than enjoying the remainder of the ingredients in the bowl. The entrees came with unlimited rice that seemed enough for two. I also enjoyed pickled Seafood soup, this time having the perfect amount of zing in the cabbage.

Read moreim very disappointed at the poor service and quality control we experienced here. i had heard good things, but when we went in they immediately began trying to trick us into paying them more or paying for things we never ordered. they also withheld some of our dishes so that they didnt have to give them to us. they lied to us the entire time and when we caught them in their lie we sat there, soaking wet from the rain, and waited for them to bring our food out to us. we almost left. we SHOULD HAVE left. quality control was atrocious, beef noodles with a single piece of beef and lying to us accusing us of just not seeing the rest if the meat, because the meat must be invisible. decieving us about the rest of the food, whatever it takes to charge us more and give us less? dinner was lower mid. we used to come here a lot. will never come again. let this serve as a warning to the rest of you that want to decide to eat here, if you do, because the food is alright, i recommend you be ON POINT with your receipt and money and monitor what’s in your food because if these people feel like they can sneak one by you, they will. i’ve personally spent over a thousand dollars here in the past few years and watched service quality decrease as the years went on, but you people have lost a good and formerly loyal customer today. As far as the rest of you, there are much better chinese food places out there for your hard...
